4 College Senior

Online Courses: I do not feel that the work load is too much unless you fall behind then it is like trying to play 52 card pick up with kids throwing the cards back on the floor after you have already picked up most of it!

3 College Senior

Student Body: Since I am online I do not know any students besides the ones in my classes.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: I enjoy they fact that everyone of the people I have dealt with has been willing to help me.

4 College Senior

Career Services: The career center is great they call and ask if you need help finding a job.

College Senior

Facilities: I do not attend on campus. I am an online only student!

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: The curriculum is prefect for the major. I use everything I have learned in my day to life.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: The professors are sometimes hard to understand or they do not know how to explain in such a way for the students to understand it. I have had to do additional research just to understand certain subjects.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: I had a scratch cornea during one of my terms and all my teachers were willing to give me extensions to complete my work. I really liked how easy it was to be able to just explain the issues and have them give me an extension.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I would be happier if they would help find scholarships that I could apply for. They seem like they are unwilling to help with this.

4 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: Other than financial issues, my first year here at Mason has been a year that I will never forget. I met so many new friends and learned so many new things about not only the campus but myself as well. Although I love Mason greatly, I have to transfer to another college because of financial problems.

4 College Freshman

Facilities: The most unique thing about my school is it's diversity. Mason is one of the most diverse schools in the nation! I love meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds!

College Freshman

Online Courses: I did not take online courses.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Financial aid was helpful when it came to guiding me through the loan process, however when it came to emergency loans or help with families who cannot afford tuition, they weren't very helpful. I had a bad experience with financial aid when they did not announce the last day that students can apply for the monthly installment plan.

Academic Experience: The work load at school isn't bad for my major, it's quite simple actually. The only thing that I might find difficult is getting internships/ jobs that are related to my major. Criminology is a popular major and I assume that is why it's difficult to find a job related to it being that it may be a challenge because it is so popular.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: Mason has a class for almost everything ! This is something that I admire about the school, professors from what I've experienced are very helpful and understanding. I haven't experienced anything bad with any of the professors at all! Class registration is probably the most stressful being that classes get taken up quickly.

College Freshman

Career Services: I'm not familiar with any of these services unfortunately. However I've heard around campus that getting an on-campus job can be tedious.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I absolutely love Mason! I've grown to become very attached to the campus and the school in general. What I love the most is the diversity around campus and the many different cultures that are seen all around!

Campus Resources: Mason provides students with plenty of recourses that are spread all around campus! Mason has a computer lab in the Finwick library and the Johnson center that usually always has open seats! The gym is always kept clean and stays open for a long period of time. Mason always has something going on around campus, especially campus activities! A loth of the activities draw students in and get them involved by giving away free foods or free merchandise or even as something simple as free hugs!

3 College Freshman

Campus Resources: The wireless networking at the school has it's good days and it's bad days; sometimes the WIFI will work great and other days it's very bad! Computer labs are always available for students around campus and they always have open seats available!

5 College Freshman

Student Body: I honestly love EVERYTHING about Mason, I hope to graduate from here in four years!

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I do feel that the online courses do ask a lot of you to complete. I have 3 courses that I am taking that requires an essay for everything you do whether it is for the discussion, assignments, or even to do an introduction you still have to describe yourself in 300-500 words. I do feel that this is asking a lot from us since we are all working and have families too. Plus trying to better ourselves. I know that they probably feel that we can handle all of this but, it is very daunting at the same time.

Student Body: At this campus we have a lot of people who are juggling a lot of priorities in their personal lives right now. So, I have as of yet to ever come across someone that is unhappy and but at the same time they are there to get an education. That is and should be their first priority.

2 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: I went to Kaplan because of the fact that if needed I could take online courses or on campus courses. It works so well with my personal schedule that it definitely gives me the peace of mind to be able to do the very best that I can.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I love the professors at my school because they are very involved with the students. They always tell you to communicate with them and when you do you know that you are sure to get the help that you need. If the person that you ask doesn't quite know how to answer a question for you they will point you to the person that will know. They are all about helping you to reach your goal and see you walk across the stage at commencement. Every professor at my school does their best to help the students and make sure that they understand what they are learning and are more than welcome to help when you need it.

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses: I just feel lost and confused. Need a traditional setting.
