4 College Junior

Academic Experience: As Culinary Arts Major this school is very hands on school. On day one you're already in the kitchen cooking.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: For culinary classes you have to sign up when registration opens. This is because the classes you want to take are probably already all filled up.

1 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Workload is too easy, curriculum is often comical, internship and job opportunities completely rely on students.

2 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Very easy school. Teachers are not often clear on grading so its difficult to get good grades. Teachers have a lot of experience in the field but they dont care about your future! They just want the two hour class periods to be over so they can get back to their jobs in the industry. Professors are not professional here and will not treat you like adults.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: In the Baking and Pastries program here, it's great to get hands-on training and learn from experienced chefs who have worked in the industry for years. It's very fast paced, and sometimes very high- stress, but all of it is worth the experience and knowledge we gain from it. One unique aspect of our learning program would be 9 day labs. When we're in our culinary "labs" or classes, we only have one subject for 9 days, so that we can have up to 5 "labs" per trimester. It requires a lot of attention and practice, but it's a good program, and there are a lot of great teachers here.
