4 College Freshman

Nightlife: The nightlife at my school is great for students that like to party and do underage drinking. however, myself I do not go out and participate in no parties off campus. At the parties, the cost to enter is cheap and if you do not have a ride there is a party bus that runs to pick students up.

3 College Junior

Nightlife: I don't party at all anymore. I hear the mansion is the place to be though

4 College Freshman

Nightlife: They are fun and quite interesting. They need to be monitored more because sometimes there are crazy fights that get out of hand.

3 College Senior

Nightlife: as an older, non-traditional student, not really into the nightlife scene. There are some good clubs and restaurants in the area, on campus and nearby downtown

3 College Junior

Nightlife: Nightlife at our school is good because there are several parties/clubs near the campus students can attend.

Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

JSU is not a party school per se, but students know how to have fun. Different organizations host parties and social gatherings after hours to give the students something to do after all homework has been put aside. Many students who are strictly academics still find the time to go out and have a little fun. The campus offers a bowling station for those who do not want to go out. Freshmen tend to create things to do until they are of age.

Thursday is College Night, and this is the day that many students get dressed up and go out looking for love. Thursdays have become the best day out of the week. Many students arrange their class schedule to avoid having early morning Friday classes, or no classes at all on Friday. Friday and Saturday nights are usually the casual go out to eat or shopping nights. Many students hang around, or explore the rest of the state.
