4 College Senior

Career Services: Not much experience with it but what I know is good

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: I dont know much about the post grad programs

5 College Freshman

Career Services: Ivy Tech's career service aids students with resume's, interview skills, job placement, and more. The career service for students is very helpful for now, as a student and the future, after I graduate.

College Junior

Career Services: I have not used this but considering how poor the staff's performance has been while in school I can't imagine it would be good once a student has finished school

4 College Junior

Career Services: Career services help students evaluate how their personal strengths and weakness will pertain to the jobs they are seeking. They help students prepare resumes and help guide them in filling out applications. In addition, career services help students prepare for job interviews and offers current and up-to-date job postings.

After taking the COMPASS placement test in order to get in to Ivy Tech, students can turn to the Career Services center to point them in the right direction toward completing a degree.

At Career Services, students can take an assessment that lets them know what jobs they might like to pursue after college. This helps students pick the right major and classes at Ivy Tech. Ivy Tech also has internship programs with companies around Indiana for students to work at during school and to help them get a job after they finish their education.
