4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Itt only teaches you what you need to know. There are no fluff classes.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: I chose this school because I was able to go at night. I have several appointments for my children during the day so I needed a school that would be flexible on the days and times.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Some professors will bend over backwards to work with you. But some seem like they don't care one way or another. I think it is just that if a student is not going to put in the work then the professor will not bend over backwards to push them through the program.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial aid people are awesome. They will either take care of it for you or walk you through it. The only reason I gave them a B is because the cost is so high. I know it is high everywhere but it just seems a lot higher here.

Campus Resources: There are several available computer labs on campus

Campus Resources: The books and materials on the campus are helpful, but they don't include everything that is necessary and don't give full explanations, but It is possible to head to school and get help from teachers if they haven't started teaching. The books that are given are a bit costly, but its good that you can at least sell them back. The libraries are nice, they don't have the largest selection of books, but they have quite a few that could help with computer programming and electrical engineering, which is a necessary thing for me. So over all, the Campus resources are very good.

Campus Resources: The Institution has a library, plenty of computers, and has a very big campus, the teachers are forgiving for late homework and they are helpful as well but sometimes they leave a little too early, like before I can ask some questions, but other than that, its a good university.

Academic Flexibility: the staff will always find a way to make things work

Campus Resources: AWESOME STAFF! the staff at itt are very personable and caring. i have had a great experience.

Online Courses: Prefer in-Class Versus Online – Personally, I prefer the classroom experience versus online classes only because I need the intructor to be there when needed. I'm not one to go out of my way to ask for help, so if I need help I'd rather the help be there with me. With the classrooms at ITT being so small (averaging 7-17 people) this helps students become more comfortable with eachother to ask for help as well.

Academic Flexibility: They're Willing to Work With You. This school is very flexible with scheduling. They only have one set of in-class hours 6-10pm, but this helps when trying to find a part-time job. If for any reason a student has to miss a quarter of school, whether it be family issues, the school will keep your paperwork and everything else until you come back. Then when start where you finished.

Overall Experience: Very Satisfied and Would Do It Again. It's realy nice when the school's are small enough that the students come each quarter and see the same familiar faces and the staff begin to know the students by their first name. It's easy to get in contact with the staff and to see most of them everyday is such a bonus because it's personal. The comfortablility factor I have in this school is not like one I've had before. If I had to do it again, I would still choose this school again.

Student Body: Religion and Sexual Orientation – People at my school are different religons and have different view points. I've ran into someone who is Christian science, while another who is athiest. I even made a friend of someone who is Roman Catholic. I've only met one person who is bi and the rest stratight.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: Good Network – they have labs and wireless access. students from the computer networking classes handle a large part of th network. their is one or two full time IT people for the school. printing is simple just find the right networked printer for the lab your in or library computer to print your files. you also have access to all the programs you will need for any of your classes.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Friendly and Simple – the professors work in the field they are teaching for the most part. they are also friendly, even to students that are not in their class. you can test out of most of the classes which is nice for saving time and money for going to college. they also offer tutors and mentors for each class. the tutors and mentors are students or the teachers of the class.

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Very Quick – though the cost seems high to me, they will help you get as much of the paper work done in one day as possible. they all seem to know what they are talking about and will help you understand it if you ask them. do not be afraid to ask questions.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: There are a select few instructors that make the experience and the cost of school worth it.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: I like ITT as a school but I wish i was going to DigiPen, ITT has a good overall broad education, and the instructors make it worth it. The campus and location are nice, however much of the software is just a tad bit out of date. The school is quite expensive.
