Campus Resources: This school has many ups and down the school facilities are somewhat out of date and are school wireless is not so good when under load there are good testers the financial aid sucks other students are nice and fun to be around they have a game room to hang out when waiting for class.

Campus Resources: The library and computer labs are probably the main focus at my school. There is a career center available, but I am not sure how reliable they are. They could definitely improve on campus activities, a student center, and an athletic center (which they do not have).

Campus Resources: The wireless access can be tricky at times, but pretty reliable overall. Not to mention, there is almost always a free computer available at one of the labs throughout the day. Everything is pretty much solid.

Academic Flexibility: Classes are not as flexible as they could be seeing as how the majority of classes are either available in the morning or night. However, the instructors are the best so it is well worth it as long as you can adjust your daily schedule. The only real concern that I had was the fact that some credits were not transferrable due to a minor difference of grade points.

Campus Resources: I am majoring in Audio Production and the school that I currently attend has far more resources than the school that I transferred from. We have a professional state of the art recording studio that students have almost complete access to. In my opinion, the instructors are the greatest since a majority of the work is being taught hands on. On top of it all, we are located right outside of Las Vegas and only a couple hours away from Los Angeles, CA. Therefore, the locations alone are full of opportunities depending on how well you apply yourself.

Campus Resources: Most students (especially the one's that work at the school) are incredibly helpful. We also have plenty of opportunities to further our career and network. It's a really good place to go if you want to get involved with your school.

Campus Resources: Everyone is really helpful, and resources are incredibly easy to access, which makes it easier to get homework done.

Academic Flexibility: Being a student worker as well as a student at my school, I feel that the school has been very commendable about being flexible with my school and work schedule. I am at the school almost all week but I feel it's worth it to earn a paycheck and a degree.

Campus Resources: There are plenty of Mac computer labs with full versions of Pro Tools, Reason, Recycle, and Garage Band with Mbox audio interfaces attached that make learning about new audio techniques fun and relevant to the time. Internet is provided for research and advanced outboard gear is available per request. I appreciate being allowed to work on my projects with such good equipment!

Academic Experience: Some of the teachers had a serious lack in actual teaching experience. I understand that hiring teachers with industry experience can be seen as valuable but if the person has never taught a classroom it becomes apparent immediately when in class.

Career Services: The Career Services team at my school is very helpful when it comes to preparing resume's/cover letters and portfolio's, but I feel like they could do a slightly better job helping the students find hiring employers.

Online Courses: The courses you choose to take online are bit harder then normal classes. It has its advantages and disadvantages. First the classes are only 5 weeks instead of 10. So students tend to take 2 online classes in the time it takes to take 1 campus class. They work it by giving you i1 class for 5 weeks and then when its over you take the next online class for the next 5 weeks. Since the classes are shortened they give you tons of work to do and you constantly have to check into the online campus daily.

Academic Experience: Senior Capstone Project . 2Nd Attempt – The workload isnt all the great until you have to do a capstone project. Now you have to log all the hours you put into your project. They also assign you a team and then you have to pick a team leader. I failed last capstone because two of my team mates wouldnt make it to the meetings and didnt hardly contribute to the project. They did show up for the final presentation and that was the only thing they did. Also they were late. After we did this project I went to the school advisor and asked him to give them a failing grade or at least a D. He spoke to the other guys and they said they did all the work. So the capstone committee failed everyone because they cant take sides and dont know who did what. I was so angry for a while because I did alot of work on that project. I also did the work of the two who never showed up. So now its my second attempt and now they are letting me choose my team. So hopefully this time around it goes better.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The school has a really good guy. His name is Damien, He is on the ball with everything and even tries to max out the grants to get you more money. The person before him, like when I first started was very clumsy. I felt as if she didn't know what she was doing and constantly had to call the corporate office for help. I am pleased with their current setup but it was kind of irritating the first few years I went to school here.

Student Body: Very Diverse – In appearance, individual interest, career goals, and methods of learning, the students are so diverse you never get bored. Some have ideas you see promoted on TV that are'nt realistic. The majority are here for the passion they have in their subject area.
The ethnics, religious sexual preferences are also very diverse. I never noticed anyone having a problem with a fellow student about any of these areas.

Academic Experience: You actually work with the equipment you will be using in the real world. You are graded on how well you perform your task with this equipment. All the instructors are still working in the field they are teaching or have been experts from that area. They let you know what to expect as a career in your field of study. There's not a lot of lecturing.

Tuition & Financial Aid: You Get More Than Books – The value is well worth the education I am recieving. I would like more efforts to find grants and scholarships instead of just loans. The equipment I recieve to accomplish my task is much better than just a bunch of books like other schools only give.

Campus Resources: Im still new at the school, so Im not sure about everything it has to offer Im still learning. I am in very need of my own computer.

Academic Flexibility: Academic Flexibility – IADT has been working with me because I had to take a health leave for a few months and they made it work for me, without ruining all of my financial aid and tuition. The classes I havent gotten too much into all of them. The only fustration I have had, is do to this health problem that i had to leave school for a little while.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: The school IADT, its expensive but I think its well worth it for what I will be learning. Financial aid has been helpful, but I definetly need more help. I love the school, I will be learning everything about music, how to compose it, how to make the beats, ethics, laws, how to fix and work with the equipment. Its still very expesnsive. My expierence with financial aid, well they helped as much as they could. Well I have a scholarship offer, and hopefully I find more, cause I am going to need it. I did get a website, that could help me with other scholarships and or grants.
