3 College Senior

Diversity: This campus is obsessed with diversity to the point where it becomes racism in their attempt to include people who are different. By creating this distinguishable, they are reinforcing the separation between race and a certain favoritism to minority groups. As for religious background, there would be a very low percentage (below 10%) of students/faculty who are non-Christian, since this is a Christian institution. Because of this, it's safe to say the political affiliation is more conservative and the sexual orientation would be strictly heterosexual and otherwise discriminated against.

5 College Freshman

Diversity: It is Christ centered and conservative

Diversity: They are welcoming to everyone. We're Christians! The more, the merrier.

2 College Junior

Diversity: IWU believes that diversity is important and does a lot to promote it, regardless, diversity is still minimal.

4 College Freshman

Diversity: The diversity on campus is low, but if you are looking for a place to go to find diversity, you should get involved with the Intercultural Student Services. They have a lot of places and events to discuss diversity and culture and learn about other people's backgrounds and where they come from and what they are passionate about.
