Student Body at Olney Central College: The student body is not what it could be. There is not a whole lot of student interactions except in their small circles of friends. The school could be so much greater if everyone would just try to get to know everyone they could.

Facilities at Olney Central College: OCC is a pretty small school but it is great for people who are just graduating high school and are nervous about starting college because it is small and isn't intimidating to new students.

Campus Resources at Olney Central College: OCC has a small fitness center available to students, but they have to pay a fee to use it. The library is a decent sized room with several books and computers available to students.

Campus Resources at Olney Central College: Students can print out materials but they are charged 5 cents per page. The network is reliable but there are not a huge amount of computers available.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Olney Central College: OCC does a good job of helping students receive financial aid that are eligible for it.

Career Services at Olney Central College: OCC is only a junior college so there aren't any graduate programs available.

Academic Experience at Olney Central College: In the Radiography Program, we have some very good equipment available to us so that we can learn how to properly position patients for radiographs. We have a very busy schedule and a lot of homework and tests, but we also learn a lot. We also have several clinical facilities available to us as well.

Academic Experience at Olney Central College: OCC has some pretty good professors who care about their students and want to see them succeed. The school does a fairly good job of registering students for classes and they also have tutoring services available.

Campus Resources at Olney Central College: The student union is a fairly spacious, nice environment to relax in between classes. The library is very spacious and nice! Plenty of computers if needed, and quiet for those days you have some extra studying to catch up on.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources at Olney Central College: There are plenty of computers for use up in the library, as well as free wi-fi for those who have their own devices to use. Fast, reliable connection. A printer is available to students for a small fee per page printed.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Olney Central College: The ladies in financial aid are friendly and more than willing to help. The only complaint I would have is that, as I am not a single mom, I feel like I got brushed aside slightly easier than others who they know can easily get free money.

3 College Sophomore

Facilities at Olney Central College: It is a small school, but everyone, from staff to students, is friendly and welcoming. I'm not on campus for extended periods of time due to work schedule, but I enjoy the time that I am there.

Online Courses at Olney Central College: So far, I have online taken an "Intro to Online Classes" course to be able to enroll in an online class, but I found it very helpful and informative.

Overall Experience at Olney Central College: I haven't started classes yet, but after seeing the helpfulness of the staff and their willingness to go out of their way to help guide me in the right direction, I only look forward to starting!

College Sophomore

Academic Experience at Olney Central College: I have not be accepted into my major of choice yet. I am currently enrolled for the spring '14 semester to knock out some of my supporting classes, and am hoping to be accepted into the Nursing program in the Fall of 2014.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience at Olney Central College: After just deciding to go back to school for a second degree, I chose OCC due to all the positive feedback I have heard about their Nursing program. Linda Horn, head of the program, was extremely wonderful in explaining the application process to the program and in advising me of the best steps to take to get accepted, as well as, succeed in the program. Everyone from Linda, to the financial aid department, to records was phenomenal in assisting and helping by giving any info and answering all questions that I had!

Online Courses at Frontier Community College: It was very different, because I do not get that much interaction with my teacher face to face. Which is a challenge for me since i'm so used too talking face to face. However, the big advantage for me on online class was reading off from others student's opinions to gain more insights. In the my traditional classroom there are not a lot of students that share their opinion. Either because there wasn't enough time or the teacher won't encourage for feedback. however, i still try to keep up with my reading and my assignments for the online homework ahead of time. Since some of the assignments are due in a month, I would try to manage my time to get it started and finished in on time.

Student Body at Frontier Community College: I would always work at my hardest and at my best. For example my biology class, we taken a lot of test once a week, hanging out with friends or watching t.v is not my priority. I would spread about 8 hours studying for the test. Since my teacher, like to give out tests that are mainly based on vocab. Though i would get tired from all the studying, but I always speak to myself that i'm a hard worker. I even do my project a week or more ahead of time before its due date. And anything there are essay to be done, i would spent my time doing research to make sure I will have enough information for the paper. I know when it a best time to take a break, but also know when to get work and spent more time on school work. since that is my main priority .
