Campus Resources: Olney Central College is proud of it's athletics, although none of the sports here have any real significance that proves more needing then other colleges. We have one library and it is pretty comfortable and well taken care of. Unless you're in a club that is actually doing some kind of fundraiser or something, there really isn't all to much activity going on.

Campus Resources: Our Network is pretty decent, it gets what you want done quickly. The only times when the internet isn't so hot is when they are updating the network and installing new things to where they have to restart and do maintenance.

3 College Senior

Facilities: Since Olney Central College is a small local college meant for transfer students, it doesn't really offer anything new and exciting other then the basics. Classrooms, library, cafeteria, greenhouse, and a student lounge is all that the college pretty well has.

Academic Flexibility: Most classes at Olney Central College are day classes, allowing students who work shifts after 3 p.m. a way to continue their job while attending. Most classes are spread out pretty evenly as well to allow enough time to do homework.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: there is a lot of pressure to do well because so many other people are trying to get into the same program. the way they select out of district students isnt exactly fair either.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: some classes are only offered by one instructor, which can be a hassel if the teaching style of that teacher doesn't blend well with your learning technique

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: the school is a good school, most of the staff are exceedingly friendly.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: There are many people in student services who can help you out.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: there are lots of student accessible computers on campus. they are all up to date too. the wireless connection is always pretty fast. printing cost is a little high but the speed and availability of computers makes up for it

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: there are a lot of little areas for the students to sit and hang out or study.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: I have two children, one of them school age. My schedule usually works so i am home to put him on the bus and i am usually home in time to get him off the bus too. sometimes the schedule doesn't always make that possible. Most teachers are not willing to let me leave the 15 minutes early i would need to leave, so i have to attempt to make other arrangements or just not take the class.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: some students are really friendly and outgoing. the sports playing students tend to flock together. overall, most of the students are pretty nice.

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses: I have only taken one online class. The online portion of the class is very helpful but when i get face time with the instructor i don't feel like i am learning anything.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am not familiar with what would be considered great or what might be considered poor. I am thinking OCC is about average.

College Sophomore

Career Services: I haven't looked into any post-grad services at this school as of this time.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: My experience at OCC has not been the best but not been the worst. It is a typical community college and I just go their to get my gen-eds aside.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: My major is Criminal Justice. I have not taken many classes for my major yet because I just decided recently but from what I have heard from other students is the program is very helpful and the workload isn't bad at all.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: Olney Central has a wide variety of fields to study. Their transfer program is very good and they give you the right curriculum to move on to a university.

5 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: Financial aid was a huge help and continues to be. The education I'm receiving is worth the time and money.

3 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: My credits from high school transferred fine, the flexibility of classes was a bump in the road for me. It took forever to get classes to work around my work schedule.

1 College Freshman

Online Courses: My online courses are not good what so ever. They don't keep the attention of the student and the teachers NEVER post.

3 College Freshman

Facilities: There is no campus life really because of it being a community college. the academic programs are nothing special but get the job done. The social scene is only small circles of friends.

2 College Freshman

Campus Resources: The athletic center is a single room. There are next to none campus activities. The one highlight is the library with a very nice and neat work environment and plenty of computers to utilize.

4 College Freshman

Campus Resources: Printing pages only is a nickel a paper, there are plenty of computer labs and the library has over 30 to use at anytime.

3 College Freshman

Career Services: They are helpful when it comes to what classes you need for your major, but other than that I feel like they just try to get you out of there without actually explaining anything to you or helping you in any other way.
