4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: There are a ton of apartment complexes around that can accommodate many different situations

College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: I'm a commuter student who owns my own home.

2 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: High prices, very low availability, rude landlords

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: There are lots of apartments off-campus, the price and quality of the apartments vary. It is typically cheaper to live off campus.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I live off campus with three other students. We rent a three story house with heat included. It's really affordable and not to shabby. The parking is limited but right now we have enough room for all our cars. Our landlords are nice and they are grate about taking care of things. We are just three minute from campus about five from most or our jobs. There is also a bus stop near by and we are right next to the down town and the water front. We looked at several places that we liked before we took this place. I would say that if you have roommates its affordable to live off campus and well worth it.
