3 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: Huntington Indiana is a very small town with not a lot to do in it. I would say that the best thing that comes out of Huntington is its food. From small family diners to pubs with delicious foods and environments, there are plenty of restaurants that cover a variety of different cultures and tastes.

3 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: Everyone in the area of Huntington University is in support of the university, the closest city with any type of attraction is Fort Wayne, IN. There are more attractions there and minor league professional teams. During the summer there are air shows at the airport, and shopping. On the other hand, Indianapolis is about 90-120 minutes away from the university.

3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: It's a fairly small town so restaurants and shopping are fairly limited.

4 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: For living in a small town, everything is within walking distance like the bank, supermarkets, department stores etc. If you need a bigger city to go to Fort Wayne, Indiana is about 20 miles north.

4 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: Huntington is not a big town (somewhere between 8-10,000), but it has a nice downtown and with a lot of small shops and restaurants. Fort Wayne is only about 30 minutes away, and they have a few minor league sports teams and more places for shopping.
