5 College Freshman

Transportation: shuttle only runs on the weekends

Transportation: There's a Jack Pass for HSU students to ride the local busses for free. It's also very bike-able and walkable. I could see getting away with not having a car while living here, but it might be hard, since the public transportation shuts off at 930 or so. I think it's great that zipcars are offered now.

Transportation: The bus schedule isn't very open so if you need to go into either McKinnleyville or in Eureka lets say for pancake mix it could prove difficult if you live in Arcata don't have a car.

3 College Sophomore

Transportation: I've never used the transportation system, but it's free for students.
