3 College Junior

Scholarships: Howard's financial aid isn't the most helpful but if you work hard enough you will get the help you need.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: Keep in mind the size of the university, and the frustrations with financial aid make sense. The staff is pretty small and they don't have time to double check for errors. If you see something wrong, bring it to their attention (going into the office) and they will take care of you. If it's a question you don't know if the financial aid office should answer, or if it is something regarding a scholarship award or payment, ask the student accounts office first because they almost never have a line. The staff in both offices is friendly and helpful.

2 College Sophomore

Scholarships: If you don't come in with some type of financial aid, lol, good luck!

5 College Senior

Scholarships: Best scholarships by far are the freshman scholarships. I've never struggled for money since receiving and maintaining mine. Make sure your GPA is sky high though if you're looking for aid in your later years.
