Online Courses: I have never taken an online course at my college.

College Senior

Career Services: I have not graduated, so I would not know how the post-grad services are.

Academic Experience: They have a work study program, but it is extremely hard to get accepted into it. Registration process is a big mess, they changed the curriculum and have not been able to merge classes very well.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: It was okay, classes were fairly easy, but they could get a little better at scheduling, they changed the curriculum and didn't even know how to merge the classes together.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: They take us on a lot of field trips to environments we would be working on, and help us set up practicums, but not so much for an actual job.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: It was hard to get help for just my self, you have to write your name down and then they tell you to get on a computer and they work with another student.

3 College Senior

Student Body: Some students are okay, while others I wouldn't consider my friends.

3 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: Tuition is cheap, dorms are expensive

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: A lot of confusing ways the way they run everything to register. The dorm prices are way too high. And the teachers do not act like they care

Tuition & Financial Aid: For a two year college the tuition is reasonable. The cost for room and board in my opinion is a little high for dorms.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: They do have some block schedules already created. For example they have the class sections that line up and do not conflict with each other.

4 College Junior

Facilities: The natural resource program is great. The teachers are really dedicated to the program and the students.

1 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I lived on campus at Hocking College and it was a horrible experience. The staff was not very friendly nor helpful. The student body was hindering and not focused on education.

2 College Freshman

Career Services: A small job fair but no real opportunities for internships or co-ops.

2 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: I witnessed many students receiving finical aid from the federal government and then withdrawing from there classes in order to receive a refund check from HC. In the past, HC was accused of money laundering and fraud.

2 College Freshman

Campus Resources: The library was of decent size. The student-rec center was new and acceptable. No noteworthy campus activities took place.

1 College Freshman

Campus Resources: The internet speeds, on a good day, reached dial-up connectivity. This actually hindered my education and wasted a lot of my time. Printing was 10c a page. No wireless access in my dorm room.

1 College Freshman

Student Body: I witnessed hazing and organized slander on select students. Undertaken by the entire student body.
