Campus Resources: Highline has a large computer network available to students. You can almost always get use of a computer, and also the school has great, easy access wifi. Printing is also available at 10c a page, and the first $10 of printing is covered by your student fees. The only reason I marked down the grade is that their network can be very slow to someone used to very high speed internet.

Career Services: They want you to do most of the work for yourself rather than help you with the process which was frustrating. And the staff aren't nice or good at interacting with me.

Online Courses: I didn't know what to expect especially being not in school for little over 4 years after high school. I was nervous abut more importantly I wanted to challenge myself and do good in school not for myself but for my kids and I future. But after the first couple of weeks I was hooked and I love taking online classes and hope to do it in the future.

Academic Experience: There is no specific major at my school and we have to take general AA to transfer. The facilities are good and internship opportunities are willing for us to help and to get easily.

Student Body: As my school has lots of international students and housing is far away from school and not manageable for the housing, I feel little disappointed and most of the native students are hard to make friends, too.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: I wish the instructor will take more care for international students who can't speak like native students to train to be more confident and more secure to speak what we don't understand.

Campus Resources: They have a big library, multiple stories. The only computer lab that I am aware of is in the library on the first floor, not many computers, but it doesn't seem like there are many students using them either. Never have to fight for a computer or wait until someone else is finished. Their wifi is not good, I couldn't get it to stay for very long.

Academic Experience: I've had to explain this 3 times now, and its getting pretty irritating. I am one week into the Nursing program, its a lot of reading, but its interesting, and motivating. The professors are really nice, caring, and their approach to teaching is sincere.

Academic Experience: Again, as I've described already, I am in the Nursing program and its been one week. The workload is a lot of reading, still struggling to read it all before Monday, but its expected in this program, regardless of school. The teachers are really nice, supportive, and caring. The students are also really nice, and unique individuals.

Tuition & Financial Aid: same as any other community college. Financial aid is federal, so why would it be any different?

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: It's one week into the first quarter of Nursing School. The teachers are really nice and supportive. I've been to one other community college and as far as I can see, they are both relatively similar in what they have to offer.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: My college has a variety of resources ranging from library to student center were there are other students there to tutor you in classes you need help with. Also, the teachers and advisors there, are always willing to help with anything you need.

Student Body: My school seems to have a wide range of variation in student body population. It doesn't only have mostly one type of students than others, which is good, since it helps other students be comfortable. It doesn't matter what religion, or ethnicity they have or what they're sexual preference is.

Academic Experience: I really like my teachers and the way that they teach. They are really involved with us students and they all have a good attitude towards us. I really feel that they all want us to succeed which is great to see that.

Campus Resources: Not to sure yet, because I haven't been to a lot of colleges but I do like the location, the surrounding clubs, social scene and fast food dining places.

3 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources: Just need a little more activities to do on campus, but there are great places to go at to eat ,the library is a good place to study because of the quietness. I love the chess club, but more sports on campus would be nice.

5 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources: Soon far so good, I haven't yet had I problem with the computers at my school and everyone have been really helpful.

Academic Flexibility: Most teachers are flexible with the students but some are more strict about attendance.

2 College Senior

Career Services: The career center was very limited and didn't offer much help to students.

3 College Senior

Student Body: The student body is very diverse in almost every aspect. It is recognized as the most diverse school in the state of Washington.

5 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The teachers are absolutely fantastic. They force you to work hard for yourself while at the same time are willing to help you as long as you reach out to them in a constructive manor. That's what teaching is all about.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: Very informative lots of information and easy to use

2 College Senior

Online Courses: In my opinion they are a lot more complicated than a regular class setting.

2 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition costs are low in comparison to other schools but financial aid would help. Financial aid process is long and complicated.

3 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources: The computer network is always having problems. Sometimes it is not good for the online classes. But it's ok over all.
