Tuition & Financial Aid: Financial aid is always there when I have a question. They work with you step by step and for new students, they help you fill out your financial aid. They gave advice and specific scholarship sites for us students to browse through.

Career Services: The career center is always there to help with resumes and job applications. They are able to donate interview attire and hold career day every once in a while. However, I feel as though they should be kept in contact with the students, whether in school or out, just for monthly visits. Like what advisors do.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial aid process was harmless, the price of classes is fair and you are getting a very good education for the low price.

When it comes to getting financial aide, there are steps, and each one is as important as the first and next. Just follow through and go to each appointment, make sure you complete your sign up for your FAFSA every time you get your taxes done.

Campus Resources: The computer lab are decent size, I have never had an issue with not being able to get on a computer they have many available. the wireless network works very well it has been reliable since I have been there.

I only wish there were more outlets for when I bring in my laptop

Campus Resources: There tutoring programs and skills center programs are extremely helpful.
The Hesser College computer lab is fairly good in size the people are helpful
The Hesser Store the employee is very pleasant prices on thing in there are decent. (They have a lot of sales )
Their workout facilities are decent in size

I am a night student so I am not sure of everything they offer. I do get emails to inform me of what is happening on Campus.

Academic Flexibility: Hesser offers day, night, and online courses. They also have different locations They will work with you every step of the way to get the degree you are looking for

Recent Alumnus

Career Services: At this time I personally haven't used that service yet. My husband though has and he is always sent updated job postings, and they also refresh his resume

Online Courses: This term I decided to take my classes online. The class size is great, it is not complicated to grasp the concept. I do suggest that those who are new to online learning take the orientation for the online classes. However I do prefer my instructors be from the state I am living in.

Campus Resources: Wireless access is very reliable and easy to access once you can get your hands on the user name and password. The computer labs are so so. But printing has a limit on it and there is often not enough paper in the printers.

Campus Resources: The teachers at Hesser are by far the best attribute to the experience. If it were not for the criminal justice teachers I would have transferred after my first term. They are amazing and do not get the credit they deserve from the administration. They bring real life experiences into the class room and truly make learning fun.

Academic Experience: The facilities are not up to par for what students pay. There is no criminal justice lab like portrayed on the commercial. When I took forensics they wanted us to pay $80 each out of pocket for a forensics kit on top of our text book. The kit included rubber gloves, glasses, and slides to preform fingerprint testing. It was a joke and ridiculous that those things are related to our choice of study and not provided to students when they take the class. I have never once been educated on internships and they do not offer jobs.

Campus Resources: There are computer labs available at the Salem campus however, it is rare that you find more than one computer working in a row and the printers do not always work. The campus is attractive but there is not enough parking and the bathrooms are a nightmare.

Academic Experience: It is awful that student are forced to take electives that bare no interest to their careers or fields because Hesser does not have the proper schedule of classes. I am in my senior year have no options for classes, not acceptable. I pay a lot of money to attend and there are no benefits to students besides free hot dogs every term. The commercials for this institute are so misleading, there are not the facilities and opportunities available that are portrayed, its a shame.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: Everything is great. The computer lab has plenty of computers, and the hours are great!

5 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: I enjoy being able to go to school around my life, not the other way around. The night programs work great since my family is limited to one car and the online programs are a blessing since winters can get rough making driving dangerous.

2 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Using GI bill so kind of outside me. A bit of a cost for a low enducation.

1 College Senior

Campus Resources: Very poor, small number of computers and internet on them are almost not even there.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: I enjoy being a Medical Assisting student at Hesser. The classes are very interesting and fun to be in. I do not like the online classes. I like the one on one of a classroom. I like the instant gratification of being in a classroom setting. Being able to ask a question and get a quick answer is much better than getting your answer within 24 hours.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I'm in the criminal justice program. Some classes have been awesome, some a waste of time and I had to self teach myself. It just depends on the professor.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: The main reason I chose this school was due to their 3 plus 3 program. 3 years at Hesser and 3 yeas at MSL law school. The program allows the last year of your undergraduate degree also be your 1st year of law school. The classes are scheduled at convenient times for my schedule. There are day, night, and Saturday classes.

2 College Senior

Campus Resources: Computer labs are old and out dated. However there are a descent number of computers available when classes are not in session. The wireless network is a bit glitchy and can be difficult to get on to. The printing however is great and there is no limit or cost or how much we can print

1 College Senior

Campus Resources: There are no athletic facility at the Salem campus, no library, few activities

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: From the time i applied they have answered my every question. they are really sweet and good to go to when you need help , they make you feel comfortable at the school.

4 College Student

Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition is average for any college and they can help with the Monday and find way to pay for classes

5 College Student

Career Services: I feel like they have help me find a suitable job that will help me future I can see my self using.
