4 College Junior

Campus Strictness: I personally have not ran into them a lot, but I know they have done a few drug bust, and they really make sure people are parked properly or in the right space.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: It's a relatively safe lace. The only problem is that a decent amount of drinking does go own but it never amounts to anything big.

4 College Junior

Scholarships: The process goes at a decent speed however, not everything is explained to you accurately.

College Junior

Campus Dining: I live in a on campus apartment where I make my own meals.

3 College Sophomore

Academics: They Don't have my major.

3 College Sophomore

Majors: They don't have my major! Photojournalism.

5 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Whisper Oaks is the best!

1 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Smith and Newberry Hall are THE WORST!

4 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: DeGray Lake is so pretty!

3 College Sophomore

Diversity: It's okay. You run into a couple racist individuals.

3 College Junior

Nightlife: Just bars down town and thats about it, not much on campus.

4 College Junior

Athletics: Great interaction with the university and students but need more work on allowing students to be apart of the teams as far as support when needed. Its free help why not.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: Not great but enough to have a variety.

1 College Junior

Transportation: They have no assitance for transportation, but are good about allowing you to be able to park on campus.

4 College Junior

Campus Housing: Be nice if there were more activities to keep students from stressing out all the time because nothings going on and nothing to do.

4 College Junior

Greek Life: Its great to have but its a good thing all around more than a hederence.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: I am still at it, every day waiting and even if it goes thru it not enough to cover all the cost so I am still needing help.

4 College Junior

Majors: Its easy but holds high standards and you will love the quaility of the school and the people that are willing to help.

5 College Junior

Computers: I love that the program does not charge extra fees on top of your cost of schooling as many colleges do and plus its just more hasel to have to place money on a card just to print something, this is something they dont do that is great.

4 College Junior

Drug Safety: I have been to a few other universities and know that Henderson is a place you dont worry to much about a crazy party town . Therfore its a conducive enviorment to go to school.

4 College Junior

Diversity: Its great to have a town that is still small conservative beliefs and religious to the point of keeping your mind right with what you here for, and thats education and a degree. But they still are international enough to know that this world has many different beliefs and religions and so the best way to join hands with this community is to show love like Henderson does with its actions and moto of school with a heart.

4 College Junior

Campus Strictness: I feel the university does try to encourge students to develope in a way that they can make thier own path but are strict when it crosses the line of non helpful activity thats not related to helping you get through college and growing into an individual with logical and critical thinking skills, not just soild control over students like watch dogs.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: I feel like the town has stayed fairly strong and connected with the country atmosphere. I generally feel like most thefts and crime on and around campus is very rare and people that are brought up in and around the country know how to protect them selfs and have common logical knowlege on how to stay away from situations that can cost them the education they are trying to achieve. Further more most crimes happen in towns and cities where education is not the primary goal. This is not true for Henderson and Arkadelphia.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Living off campus is great for one reson its alot more resonable than other places in the state with college towns. Plus the atmosphere and country type parks, its hard to not find a good place to study. The distance your willing to drive is the only factor if you need cheaper housing. I was always able to find good cheap housing in and around arkadelphia, so its great.

2 College Sophomore

Greek Life: Greek life was cool my first year, but the new people over the organizations on campus seem to want to get rid of them.
