Off-Campus Housing: LIVE OFF CAMPUS! Not at the Ohana in Waikiki either because while they are better than living on campus their almost just as bad. Our dorms are in the middle of nowhere. After a certain time you can't go anywhere because the buses stop running so by the time you get there, you would be stuck or have to immediately go home. The nearby cities are the exception, but they all close extremely early. The dorms overcharge a whole bunch. It's cheaper to just get some roommates and rent an apartment. Apartment life in Oahu is expensive, but with friends it's not so bad if your smart. Also HPU has a first year page on facebook where cheaper places are usually advertised by older students.

Off-Campus Housing: The price range for housing in downtown is very expensive. Roommates are almost a necessity to cover the cost of rent and utilities. However, there are some places that are understanding of a student's needs and will try to accommodate the price. Hawaii in general is just expensive.

Off-Campus Housing: So much cheaper than living in the dorms or the student housing in Waikiki! It's not hard to find a place to share with some friends and you have both more space and more money at the end of the month.

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus house would be great. It is a lot of money for little space. If you can get the money it is worth it.
