HACC’s tuition fees are fairly priced, especially with the quality of education provided and the options to transfer to other four-year colleges across the state. Of course, everyone gets bogged down by book prices, and HACC facilitates textbook "buy back" and the ability to purchase used books whenever possible. The financial aid and loan staff is very informative and willing to help each student through every step of the process, too. The financial aid advisers are also able to help you find resources to apply for scholarships best suited for your career.
The only negative observation that has been made is that the Office of Disability Services on the Harrisburg campus is exceptionally lacking when it comes to information on disability-specific scholarships and other information that would be useful for students with disabilities. Other than that, HACC provides exceptional information from experienced and helpful staff members that guide every student.
