4 College Freshman

Diversity: There seems to be a wide variety of people and everyone seems accepting of everyone.

4 College Sophomore

Diversity: There is a great amount of diversity on campus, especially in terms of ethnicity and sexual orientation. Hamline is a very actively multicultural environment, and it's definitely a great place to fit in regardless of your demographics. It is a very liberal campus, but there still are conservative students and respectful political discussions.

3 College Freshman

Diversity: The university is fairly liberal politically, but I ran into several instances of racial prejudice. The university is trying hard to be welcoming to all and to appear diverse (the web site and brochures always seem to have racial diversity displayed...) but they have a ways to go.

4 College Freshman

Diversity: Everyone is accepted. There haven't been any problems that i've seen.

3 College Senior

Diversity: much more diverse compared to neighboring schools
