Career Services: I haven't finished the program at this time but am excited about the opportunities the school will help me find

Overall Experience: I have not yet completed the program but I here the alumni network is great. Those who have finished the program are very proud to be graduates of Hallmark

Campus Resources: The campus is extremely pleasing to the eye but the most awesome part of the campus is the amazing equipment / computers we have access to. The school truly provides all we need to complete the program. It's a small campus in a fairly rural area but the surrounding towns / larger colleges offer all that one might want for a "college experience". Personally I love that our campus is focused on education. We're immersed in photography (that's why we are here and not at a state college) and I love that there aren't distractions that a large campus would have. Those distractions are a short drive to the neighboring community if desired but our little area is peaceful and beautiful

Student Body: The student body is very diverse, which I love. We have a some students straight from high school but most are already photographers that want a better education. Many have art degrees but found that their four year college didn't teach them the needed techniques/skills the field of Photography requires. There a many international students, various age ranges, many adult students looking for a career change.

Overall Experience: I had actually been accepted into the program years ago but the timing was not right for me and I was financially unable to go at that time. I am THRILLED that I am now a student of Hallmark Institute of Photography. I am very proud to be connected to the school. It's a lot of $ but so worth the amazing education. YES, I would do it over again.

Academic Flexibility: The admissions staff is very upfront at the beginning phases of even applying to the school. This is not a part-time education. It is intense. Some people do not complete the program. Budgeting for the school includes EVERYTHING you'll need to make it though the program without working as you will need to be focused on the program. It's only 10 months and it moves fast. You have to keep up and be really invested. Personally I LOVE it. It's the first time in my life where I've been able to set other things aside and focus on me, my education and my career plans.

Academic Experience: The facilities and faculty are AMAZING. The computer labs, the equipment… everything is top of the line.

Academic Experience: I love that it's a complete immersion program. I will live, breath, and possibly want to die at various times, PHOTOGRAPHY! My world will be very focused on my field of study. I love that I don't have to take a lot of filler credits that have no bearing on what my degree/certificate is. I also LOVE that such a large portion of the program focuses on business. I can learn to be an amazing photographer but if I don't understand business/marketing I won't be very successful...

Tuition & Financial Aid: In most things, you get what you pay for. Hallmark has very high tuition for a 10 month certificate HOWEVER, the education that you get here is sooo much greater than what you'd pay at a 4 year college. The school is a specialty school and the complete immersion into the world of photography will be so much more rewarding than wasting time and money getting an art degree… I truly believe it's worth the higher tuition for the quality of education they offer. I do wish there was more aid available though. It has been a struggle finding funding outside of high interest loans :(

Campus Resources: The computer network is always up and running perfectly. Ive never had a problem with any of the computers. The school is Mac-based and has Mac labs with outstanding cleanliness and order in them.

Campus Resources: My school runs on a mock salary so for every assignment we finish and turn in on time, we earn a fake amount of money for it. This is to show how much we could be making in the real world after we graduate.

Made up of all different race and ethnicities. We work together in groups when working on projects daily. There is a great diversity all working together on the same goal!
