2 College Freshman

Campus Dining: we need more options and most of the time the resturants run out of food

3 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: the dining options on campus are okay. we have to dining halls. The café is a buffet style dining hall. It often serves a homecooked food, pizza and hamburgers, and some many other options. The other dining hall is has popular fast food restaurants such as Taco Bell, Burger King, and Panda Express. It is not a buffet and you can you use your Tiger Bucks or your own personal money to pay the food. In conclusion, the dining halls on campus is great but many students wish there was more variety.

3 College Junior

Campus Dining: It is always the same thing every week of every day

3 Recent Alumnus

Campus Dining: There is a variety to chose from.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: Cafe food is good, I'm sure it will get nasty fast.

The food on campus is one of the students’ biggest disappointments with Grambling State University. Students come to GSU from all over the US and across the globe only to be let down by the campus food. Sometimes the food is good and up to standards, but this is a rare occasion. Overall, students say they generally feel that a lot can be done to improve the food experience.

Campus dining at Grambling State is run and managed by the private catering company Aramark. The main cafeteria on campus is called McCall Dining Hall—this is where most students go to eat. McCall offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the general meals times. On weekends, it is only open until 6 p.m., but Tiger Express, the food court on campus, is open until 10 p.m. every night. Other dining options at GSU include Cash Street, which is a delivery service, and C-Stores.
