Off-Campus Housing: need a good paying job on top of being a full-time student

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: There are a few apartment-style dorms located off campus, including in a section of Grace Village, the local retirement home, but if anyone wants to rent an apartment in Winona Lake, they will need to have a seriously lucrative job. Apartments and houses in the lake area are very hard to find and expensive.

Off-Campus Housing: There are some options for off-campus housing, however, this school does have some rules and limitations on living off campus.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Being a freshmen I was required to live on campus this year. However, off campus housing is eligible for juniors and seniors. Where the price of rent is considerably less than paying for dorm expenses. There are also opportunities to obtain rent from landlords along Winona Lake, which is a three minute walk from campus.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: The variety and availability is usually well stocked in and around the campus, but early birds always get the best worms. Most housing directly adjacent to campus is not the greatest (about average), but the pricing is fair. Go a little further into town and the pricing will go up some, but the quality is great. Grace College is great about helping off-campus student hook up with appropriate housing and making sure they are safe and comfortable.
