Off-Campus Housing: Most of the housing is priced about the same; you get what you pay for.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I have really enjoyed living off-campus and if you sign early enough you can find a really reasonable price.

Off-Campus Housing: I currently live on campus and i cannot wait to move off campus it was pretty convenient for my freshmen year to adjust, but now its a struggle. For the price that i am paying for my apartment style 4 br/bth i could live in a one bedroom apartment off campus. On Campus housing is a total rip-OFF! There is no freedom, you cant really decorate you room because you cannot nail anything or paint use freshener plugins, candles. I would not recommend a transferring student to live on campus. and i would advise freshmen to live only one year or if you know the campus live off campus but stay close. which there are PLENTY of off campus in walking distance from campus and most that the BUS route make stops.

Off-Campus Housing: You get what you pay for, really. Places closer to campus have higher rent, as well as places that come fully furnished. If you want to bring a pet, expect to pay for that too. The newer apartments are more expensive, but many of the older ones are cheaper and just as good.
