Nightlife: The party scene at my school is either at the clubs or off-campus housing. The partying usually starts on Thursdays here. Parties have a huge impact on the student experience. Most of the students look forward to it every weekend.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: Academics at my school is great. The professors are there to help and the workload is not too much to bear. We have different study areas and tutoring sessions to accommodate every's students needs.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: My major is business. It is just like any other major, you take your core classes and then you take the classes that apply to your field of study. The workload in my major is average. There are many people included in the faculty and there are many job/intern opportunities.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: My first semester courses at my school was kind of difficulty, but my second semester courses went smoothly. It was defiantly something I had to get used to. There are many courses offered here and many professors as well. Some of the class sizes are big, some are not.

5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Georgia Southern wants their students to have a career so the school does help a great deal. They have career fairs, career services, and offer jobs and internships to their students.

4 College Sophomore

Greek Life: Greek life at Georgia Southern is a big deal here. It is the topic of many conversations and secretly everyone wants to be apart of it. There are housing for the Greeks in which they decorate and make their own.

3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: The city that my school is located in is very small. There are not many places to shop or hang out, but there is a water park we have where many people can go and have a good time. The people here are welcoming and it has a great atmosphere.

5 College Sophomore

Diversity: My school is very, very diverse. We have many different races, religions, genders, ages, sexual backgrounds, and so on. Georgia Southern does not discriminate and the students here accept the diversity.
