4 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: Many students would find this small town to be boring, but as I grew up in a similar small town I love the atmosphere. I enjoy the strong community feel and the safety of town. There are not very many activities or attractions directly in town, but there are many options within an hour, which I believe is worth the short drive.

1 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: Its a tiny town about 40 minutes from a big city with no way to get into it!

4 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: Newberg is a great atmosphere for those that enjoy a quiet, peaceful place. While not the smallest of towns, a population of 22,000 is still fairly small and the town is altogether quiet. Living here gives an overall homey-feel and is a great place to live. Another bonus: Portland, OR is only 22 miles away should you want/need to go to a large, energetic, and busy city for shopping, events, etc.

Local Atmosphere: There is nothing in newberg. NOTHING. Unless you love Fred Meyer's or Grocery Outlet... we are only about 40 minutes from Portland though so that Is GREAT!

Local Atmosphere: My town is a small town with about 22,000 people. So there isn't a lot of things to do around there. But there are many towns around mine that has more things to do.
