3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Don't know much about the athletic centers. Never had time to be apart of major campus activities that happen frequently. Aesthetics is a bit unusual, but it is an old campus with less than stellar architecture. Library is pretty cool, feels dated however and probably could use a paintjob.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Computer labs are adequate - always busy. Printing stations are easily available in and around the library. Wireless network is pretty awful. Personal computers are needed for required online homework and are much more convenient. Just have to find the right place for wireless connectivity.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Easy, doable in a year and a half AS Mathematics curriculum. Great amount of tough work. Not the greatest facilities, but manageable.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Fortunate to be instructed by some of the brightest, coolest instructors, met many very friendly, intelligent people, made fantastic friends, attended some well organized events put together by the music department.

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: Not much to write home about. The better sports programs amongst other CA community colleges.

Student Body: You really do come across a lot of unmotivated, discouraged, egotistical, low self-esteem, low confidence, overconfident, insecure, unintelligent, mediocre students. But you hold out for the few that you will find that will change your world and the learning experience! Everyone's usually real friendly, but getting to know them is another thing. You must understand that most are real young, others don't know and haven't acquired the skill to interact respectfully, but you'll just have to be quick to forgive them and flash a genuine smile. As far as I'm concerned we're all equal to my imagination: one day everyone is hopelessly poor, godless and lesbians, the next day everyone is filthy rich, buddhist and arsonists. I've never had a problem being accepted.

College Sophomore

Career Services: Maybe after I transfer, I might have a few words to say...

4 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: DIRT cheap for the education I received. I'm better off than A LOT of the local 4-year students insofar as GEs and major specific courses, long term knowledge and studying/work discipline. Thirty-thousand students and of those 30,000, 29,998 need financial aid. Can not complain too much if the line is out the door and loops around Fresno and Clovis a couple of times. I wasn't effected by it because I was fortunate enough to pay out of pocket. APPLY EARLY AND AVOID MISSING THE DEADLINE!

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: I've never really made it a point to have to ask for flexibility, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. They are pretty damned flexible! Just as it is with anyone, if you're a dick, people, especially professors, will not want to work with you and will even discourage you further. If you are genuine, they will go out of their way to make your day!

College Sophomore

Student Body: I no nothing of the student body.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: They're great an accessible to everyone.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Minus the network being extremely crappy, wi-fi or not, everything else is excellent.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: It's pk. Due to me being stupid my freshman year, I am now on academic probation, which sucks, but I deserved it. Tuition covers my classes, minus textbooks and health fee.

College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I have yet to take a course in my major, so I could not yet say.

2 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Everything is slow and half the classes are like "why do we have these courses?" The registration takes years to do. (jokingly)

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: It really depends on who you talk to. Some people are cool, other . . . no comment.

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses: It really all depends on the teacher and if they actually explain in detail what your assignments are about. Some assignments, again depending on the teacher, are easy to follow through. Some however, is difficult and half the time the instructor is not able to help.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Fresno City College is an interesting school with interesting people that I think being exposed to is a good life lesson

3 College Freshman

Campus Resources: There's plenty of resources such as the databases which our classes makes us utilize

4 College Freshman

Campus Resources: It's pretty good and I get a decent connection most of the time and the printers work like a charm

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: There have been a few trouble spots with some professor and weird hours but it's been great.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: There are some professors that are a complete bore and some programs that aren't as fully fleshed out yet

4 College Freshman

Student Body: They're a diverse group of people from the young to the old

3 College Freshman

Facilities: They've recently remodeled the front of the library and it looks nice and clean

4 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: They're really great with this and helped me out in creating my schedule
