3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: The girls and guys at my school are typical college students. They're pretty friendly, but mostly focused on partying.

4 College Student

Guys & Girls: its a pretty normal school

3 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: Many students dress in sweatpants, athletic apparel, and school apparel. Most people are here to party, and alcohol and drugs are easy to access if you want them. There are a lot of hookups, but some strong relationships. People that come from cities tend to be more boisterous and inappropriate, such as catcalling women and being rude in general.

3 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: Has it share of good looking girls, though they are often sparse.

3 College Senior

Guys & Girls: Small class on a satellite campus. Most students wear sweats to class every day due to lab requirements.

Both guys and girls are pretty ambitious students who recognize that they are here to gain skills necessary to achieve in their respective occupations. One of the nicest things about this school is that everyone has his / her own identity and people do not try to conform to a certain standard. Most people are pretty outgoing and friendly, and respect the beliefs and values of their peers. Professors respect diversity and difference as well, and many of them wear funky clothes and jeans. Several male professors have long hair and are unshaven, proving that they are not trying to conform to a typical "professor image" (clean shaven, suit, tie, etc.).

The one negative thing about students and professors alike at this school is that many of them smoke. Old cigarettes can be found littered all over the campus, and one of the mass communications professors even had to extinguish a small fire caused by a cigarette this past April.

Social Scene
Social interaction is a big part of the student community. Students are very friendly and enjoy interacting with each other both in class and on campus. In addition, house and apartment parties, sporting games, and other community events are a great way to spend time with friends and meet new people.
Hookups or Relationships?
There is a nice balance between hookups and relationships. Like every other college or university in the United States, hooking up is popular among students, but long-term relationships are more prevalent here than in many schools.
Dress Code
There is no dress code here, adding to the laid back atmosphere on campus. Students are encouraged to wear whatever makes them feel comfortable, whether that be designer clothing, baggy jeans, or seventies-style gear. Earings, dreadlocks, body piercings, and unique clothing styles are also commonplace. Part of going to school way out in the country means abandoning conformity and wearing what makes you feel comfortable.
