Off-Campus Housing: Not sure. I live On-campus

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: There are many apartments that are near the school. Of course the prices vary depending on how close they are. There is malls and buses that are all around. It is mainly convenient if you have your own transportation.

2 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: The only real option is Costal Village which a lot of friends dislike.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I have not actively sought alternative housing options.

3 College Junior

The off-campus housing options are readily available. There are a lot of different options, including apartments, houses, and condos. Availability is great, but locations are scattered. The most popular off-campus place would have to be Coastal Village, which seems like a nice place to live, as it gets really great reviews from FGCU students.

The housing costs per student range from $435 a month all the way to $800 a month. It all depends on what you are looking for, how far you want to live from campus, and how much you can afford. All of the options are very nice, as Fort Myers is generally a nice area in which to live.
