Scholarships: it is great and very useful especially to me since I have the GI bill and didn't know about grants until financial aid told me about it

Scholarships: Since Florida College is a private school, it was extremely hard to get scholarships. I got a scholarship through the band program but it barely makes a dent in my tuition expenses. I am going outside of FC to get a scholarship(s).

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: At my school it was hard to get financial aid. I have loans I already have to pay off but the scholarships I did receive, I would call the school every month during the summer to make sure they went through and I was getting them applied to my account.

Scholarships: Many Options Are Available – A student has the ability to sign up for the "Adopt" Program, where amny generous donors are willing to donate money to students who are in need. All a student must do is ask the Student Services or Financial Aid departments for an application. In addition to that the school is willing to work with a student based on their situation and their needs. If the need arises the school has had situations where a student simply could not afford to attend, so the school produced a scholarship that would cover what the student could not.

Scholarships: Difficult, but Worth It – It's not extremely easy dealing with financial aid, but it is well worth the effort. There are many forms to fill out, as well as different people to talk to, and sometimes the paperwork gets lost. In the end though, there are a few different programs that may help you get the money you need.
