Drug Safety: Florida college does well to enforce their anti drug policies. In my time at this school, I have only encountered one student who used drugs. However, this student was not violent but instead rather successful at the college. Drinking, smoking, and drugs all involve very strong punishment. Students who engage in these activities are usually expelled. Florida college takes any form of substance abuse very seriously.

Drug Safety: There is no pressure at all to do drugs. Since we are a Christian school, if you are found with drugs, you are kicked out. The same is to be said about drinking.

Drug Safety: Two Schools of Experience – !. My 1st year at Clearwater Christian College was great. Although a commuter student I was a member of the soccer team, which helped me to meet people better. This school has no drug or drinking issues. 2. My 3rd college semester was spent at St. Petersburg College/the Tarpon Springs campus. Most people who attend are local and I was not exposed to any drug activities. Drinking was a topic of discussion, so I'm sure there were participants.

Drug Safety: Drugs Aren't Allowed on Campus – Simply put, you don't hear about drugs or alcohol on campus, because on the rare occasion that someone does come onto campus drunk, they are expelled the next day. No one really wants to do those things here anyways; as of such, the problem is practically nonexistent.

Drugs and alcohol are not a noticeable part of campus life. Any student caught participating in these activities is automatically suspended from the school, so most students do not chance the consequences. If a student wished to do so, he or she would need to operate in extreme secrecy.

For the most part, students who come to FC have no desire to participate in activities of this kind. Most students have been raised in an environment that viewed this type of behavior as morally wrong, and students have in turn taken on this attitude, as well. In coming to FC, most students look forward to the break from the negative social pressures they faced in high school and are happy with the drug-and-alcohol-free environment.
