Off-Campus Housing: I am currently searching for an apartment for next year, and living in Boca is very expensive. As a student athlete, it is nearly impossible for me to get a job, so it is going to be hard to pay rent next year. FIND ROOMATES.

Although the city of Boca Raton is rather wealthy, finding an off-campus apartment for a reasonable price is not as difficult as one would assume. There are locations two minutes from campus and locations 20 minutes from campus, and both prove convenient to Interstate 95, which sits just a mile away from campus. In renting a room off campus, students will have the added amenities of a kitchen, a single bedroom, a private bathroom, and possibly a pool and workout facilities.

The University Village Apartments, however, offer single bedrooms and kitchens, as well, so if money is not something to throw around, a student can find some of the same amenities right on campus and will avoid the daily commute.
