3 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: Prefer to order out more than visit dining hall

College Freshman

Campus Dining: i am not living on campus and therefore i wont be eating on campus thankfully because im poor and cant afford it.

College Junior

Campus Dining: Theres two places to get food. The main dining hall or the commuter cafe. Most people go to the commuter cafe but that takes dining dollars. The main cafe uses are meal plan swipes. The food in the dining hall is poor and only good some days. The food options are very repetitive and you will get tired of it.

College Junior

Campus Dining: I do not eat on campus.

3 College Freshman

Campus Dining: The food is good but the dining hall does not have hours any later than 7pm on any given night, and have short hours on the weekends.

There are three places on campus for students to get food and drinks during the day. The main dining hall is Holmes Dining Commons. It is located in between Russell Towers and Herlihy Hall. Students are not required to have a meal plan to use the facilities, but anyone without a meal plan has to either pay $9 per meal or find a student and use one of their guest passes.

There are four meal plans: the Freedom Meal Plan ($1,435 per semester, includes 10 guest passes and $125 dining points), the 15 Meal Plan ($1,385 per semester, 5 guest passes and $100 dining points), the 10 Meal Plan ($1,285 per semester, 0 guest passes and $75 dining points) and the 5 Meal Plan ($700 per semester, 0 guest passes and $50 dining points).

Dining points can be used at the two cafés on campus: Commuter Café, located in the basement of Hammond Campus Center, and McKay Café, located in the C Wing of the McKay Campus School. Dining points are provided with meal plans and are replenished every semester. Each café offers a variety of food from bagels and salads to pizza and beverages of all kinds. The McKay Café has a great lounge attached to it that is quiet and used by all students to do homework, read a book, or even check email and Facebook.
