Off-Campus Housing: Off campus is better but not at the apartments find a house of small place to rent for sure.

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: There are quite a few apartment complexes and a lot of houses available on campus. I don't think there's a problem with availability at all an you can get to campus from anywhere in town within a 5-10 minute drive at the most. Parking will take a while though unless you are willing to park further away. Housing is relatively cheap. It's easy to find a house with roommates for about 350-400 a month.

Off-Campus Housing: Its easy to find places. Prices are high, but its worth it. Apartment quality varies considerably between places.

Off-Campus Housing: There are some okay places, but the prices are ridiculous and I have heard bad things about every place.

College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I'm not really very familiar with housing off campus

There is a pretty decent amount of off-campus housing options. These vary from apartments to renting houses. It is fairly easy to obtain off-campus housing, especially if the process is started early, like early October for the next school year. They are very close to campus. Most of the housing is only a walk away from the school. The cost is pretty average, not too high or too low, with average quality, safety, variety, and landlords.

Most students think that it is definitely worth it to move off campus when given the opportunity and many do. The price is cheaper than living in the dorms and having a food plan. Plus, the freedom is worth it! The only problem is that students do have to wait until they are 20 to move off campus for living. When it comes to the school, Ferris does not help to locate off-campus housing options for students. Instead Ferris offers cheaper rates and incentives for upperclassmen to stay in the dorms their last two years of college.
