5 College Junior

Facilities: It has a funeral service degree!

Student Body: I am an online student

Academic Flexibility: Everything I had or needed transferred from high school. I had no qualifying credits from another college. Again, my overall experience at FTCC has been easy and encouraging.

Academic Experience: I'm sure it will be great, but I have only attended part-time for my prerequisite classes and the workload was not too difficult. I'm sure the experience will be quite different in the RN program.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I have always had a smooth registration process and enjoyed my teachers/professors.

Overall Experience: I am so thankful for the opportunity and would do it all again. FTCC has been a great school for me and know that will continue. The program is challenging which is what we need to make sure we become knowledgeable and dependable as graduates going into the career we are pursuing. I have heard stories or comments about other schools from other students attending those schools, and by comparison of that, I feel that I am in a very good school academically. My teachers have been very encouraging and have shown they care about students. I have had great study groups in my home, which shows that the students, themselves, care about their education, as I do.

Campus Resources: I know there are very helpful resources at FTCC. I have utilized the library often and will be more involved with the other resources over the next year and half.

4 College Junior

Career Services: I haven't utilized the student services yet for post-grad, but will in the near future. I'm aware of the extremely helpful students services that FTCC has to offer.

3 College Junior

Facilities: I do not have knowledge of other colleges to compare, but I have enjoyed attending FTCC (it's 5 minutes from my work. and 20 minutes form home). I know FTCC has an great RN program and I look forward to staring the fall semester in the program.

Online Courses: For myself, I enjoyed my online courses. Of course I wouldn't do A&P or a difficult math class online, but the ability to do an online class makes it convenient for those who work or live farther from campus. We are required to make posts and responses/replies with other students which allows for the communication/interaction with fellow classmates. You will not always get an immediate response from your teacher if you have a question, but in most cases, as in my experience, they were prompt in responding.

3 College Junior

Student Body: I really do not know a lot about the student body as a whole. My last two choices were based on the students I got to know in my classes over last two years, since I attended part-time due to work commitment. However, visually, there appeared to be a diverse group of students ethnically and age range.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I have received financial aid in the past, but no longer qualify according to my last request (2013). I have been pleased with the process overall and am extremely thankful for the assistance I have gotten, both personally through the office personnel and financially.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: My overall experience is wonderful, the college's faculty is great. The faculty helps in every way they can to help you succeed, they understand when things go down hill in your life and try to not only help you in your studies but also there to lean on them. If I had to choose to pick my school all over again, I certainly would. FTCC is a wonderful school, and is why I am choosing to attend again in the fall.

Facilities: The overall academic places on FTCC's campus is outstanding. I enjoy recommending my friends and upcoming colleagues to attend.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Would have gotten my Associates degree in Funeral Service first instead of my BA in Gerontology,

College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Have never visited the campus.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: So far, emailing advisors online have been great and they get back in a timely manner.

College Sophomore

Career Services: Not sure first year here.

College Sophomore

Student Body: Will be starting this College in the Fall for the first year only online

College Sophomore

Online Courses: This will be my first year at this school, not sure about the online classes.

College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: Just had my transcript mailed will know the result of what is being transferred in a few days

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: I will be attending this school online until my very last year.

4 College Sophomore

Diversity: As I said, it is in a military town so diversity is something the school does haven't working in it's favor. There are, however, no international students that I am aware of.

3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: Being that my school is in a military town, there is not much to do. The only people businesses must appeal to are guys between the ages of 18 and 25.

5 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources: the school offers a lot of space for the students so we don't have to struggle to get the help we need
