Off-Campus Dining: Typical food places fairly close to campus but there are a lot of different options and variety

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Lots of restaurants near the school because of the mall that is close by.

3 Recent Alumnus

Off-Campus Dining: Off-campus, there is mostly just chain restaurants and fast food. The cost of the food is average, and most of the restaurants do offer student discounts.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: I'm from a big city and my schools in a suburb so the options are really low for me but they are good enough

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: The town has a lot of variety and healthy choices.

Fairleigh Dickinson is located in the small town of Madison, where there are plenty of different restaurants. If you want quick, convenient food, then there are places like Quick Chek, with handmade subs, or local pizzerias, like Romanelli’s and Firehouse Pizza. There are also plenty of fine dining restaurants if you wish to have a nice, romantic evening. Madison has all different types of food options available, from breakfast and fast food to fine dining and sports bars. Madison also has some fast food restaurants for quick service, but Madison does offer elegant sit-down places, too.

The price range varies, depending on what type of food students decide to get. Since the majority of restaurants is near campus, it is very easy for students to leave and go get food if they need to; if they want other options, they can always drive a little farther down the road to East Hanover or Morristown to experience the restaurants there, as well. While the town of Madison does not offer many vegetarian alternatives, there are restaurants located in nearby towns that offer both vegetarian and vegan selections for those that require them.
