Online Courses: We don't have an online course for a med assistant program. We can use internet and Microsoft Office program. But there is no such online course.

Academic Flexibility: The flexibility is excellent. I can take test at any time I'm in a class if I have missed the date. And I can return any assignment next day or later if I'm not on time.

Academic Experience: So far I like the way a process of study that this school is organized. This help students to obtain as much possible knowledge and as much higher mark.
I haven't gone thru internship yet, but I don't think it could be a problem.

Academic Experience: All academics are narrowed to the most important a medical assistant must know.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I have the most comprehensive student financial aid help. I haven't much clue where can I get the money for a college except of grants that doesn't cover much. The Everest financial aid dep rep has acknowledge me in all possible ways to obtain money for college, and then assisted me toward obtaining them. That was awesome.

Career Services: I have not used a career service department of my school yet. There are many month ahead before I would need to use them. But, so far, I see many job postings every day on a dash board by the career service dep. office. It seems like it works for many students.

Facilities: I would point out outgoing atmosphere of all people at this school. All teachers are very encouraging and students are eager to get the most from a study process. They are also very friendly which make a process of study more pleasant and more progressive. Every student at a college is wearing scrubs of the color of a study program. Facilities are very clean, neat and properly organized.

Campus Resources: My school is not big. There is no athletic centers and library, but we have a student center full of computers and a free of charge to use a printer and a copier machine. School also has a big room for lunches. That is full different vending machines, where you can buy some snacks, sandwiches, coffee or water. It also has four microwave to warm up the food you bring with you and many clean dining tables.

Campus Resources: As I have said we have many computers available to use from 7 am till8 pm, 6 days a week. Computer room has a free copier and a printing machine. I'm not sure about wireless connection for a personal computers there.

Student Body: I would say that most of the school students are African-Americans. Just few people in a whole school you can meet white skinned. At this level of education people usually are not rich. Otherwise they should take classes at some University instead. Most females in my class have children. I can't tell about their political and religious preferences. But in terms of challenges in regards to diversity I could say that all students and stuff are very friendly. I'm the only white (non-Hispanic) person in a class. The rest are African-American girls, including our teacher, and I don't have any sort of difficulties that might come due to the ethnical or racial difference.

Overall Experience: So far, as a student I'm happy with Everest Institute (Southfield). Since the beginning I have felt a huge support from this school professionals who were eager to help me to achieve my life goals in obtaining an education and a future carrier. All stuff of the school consisting of extremely friendly, organized and supportive professionals. For the first time in my life I have unbiased consultation and a bunch of advises from a school financial department professionals of how to obtain all possible financial aid toward covering my tuition. That greatly help me to make my choice of school among others that were offering the same study programs.
In a class I figured out that our teacher is really doing all possible to bring a study material to 100 % of understanding to each student in a class. Our class has a min possible students, and we are all quickly become friends. Our friendship brings additional enjoyment and elevation of a study performance. We really like to be at a class, actively participate at lab works and prepare all assignments on time. As I have noticed, my class has a very high GPA. I would say that about 95% of all students have "A". We are truly going to be highly prepared for a medical assistant carrier when we will graduate.
The school facilities are very neat, clean and conditioned. Each room is nicely organized in a proper to a study program fashion.
I'm pleasantly surprised with my experience as a student of Everest Institute of Southfield. I'm happy with my choice. And if I should have to decide to choose a school for my program I would definitely choose this one again.
