There is no Greek life at Elizabethtown College. In place of the Greek system, Etown has sports houses. The lacrosse, basketball, and baseball teams have houses off campus that are a big party scenes. Etown also has suites in certain dorms, such as Brinser, the apartments, and the Quads, which accommodate larger groups of students wishing to live together.

There are also multiple clubs and organizations that are often very involved and even act as a small community. SWEET and SPARC, two very active organizations on campus, have their own offices and rooms within the commons (as do most clubs, although some are not as involved).
