Overall Experience: I love my classes and my teachers. I am doing great and can keep up on my work load. I do not like the students, however. Many of them stick to their cliques and do not try to branch out. It makes it hard for someone who is completely new to make friends and fit in.

2 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: We have had some unexpected days of and interruptions in a number of my classes, so the curriculum really has to be flexible. The teachers do pretty well with adhering to the changes.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: We really have a lot of resources. We have free tutors and tons of computers and much of the staff is willing to help out when they can.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: We have lots of computers on campus that are completely reliable and work all of the time. Printing is free and the WiFi is fast.

2 College Junior

Online Courses: The workload for my online class is heavier than the workload for some of my on-campus classes. My teacher keeps in touch with me better than some of the on-campus teachers.

2 College Junior

Facilities: I really like the teachers and class sizes we have here. The classes are small enough that our teachers remember our names and can relate and remember things about us. It is easy to ask questions and get help from my instructors. I hear that this isn't very common elsewhere.

Academic Experience: Being a social studies major I have a lot of opportunity and variety between classes. Even just getting my associates in secondary education has been great. They offer all of the classes I need, and even let me start student teaching in my second semester.

2 College Junior

Academic Experience: The teachers are great. All but one of my teachers has really made an effort to get to know me. We have plenty of resources like a tutoring center and three different locations with computers. Registering for classes was cake. I had my own advisor that sat down with me to design a schedule I was happy with.

Student Body: The student body is pretty diverse for Wyoming. We have many Hispanic and African-American students. Most of the students here however aren't very friendly and the school doesn't do much to promote interaction.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial aid office has been great. They have answered all of my questions correctly and as soon as they could. I got my financial aid and scholarships figured out and working before the semester started, and I believe I am getting my money's worth of education here.

2 College Junior

Career Services: I don't think that we really have a career center, if we do I don't know where it is. The people who work in the financial aid office are tons of help when it comes to questions about the steps in my future though.

Academic Flexibility: This school is highly flexible. When I wanted to change from in class to online class it was much organized through my adviser which helped me out a lot.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: My major is Interdisciplinary Studies which is pretty much equivalent to General Studies. This major is a great opportunity of the fact that you get to test the different classes to see what you actual want to do.

Academic Experience: This school was much better than I expected. Coming from so far, I did not expect it to be like this. Even though it is relativity small, I like this campus a lot. I have had some good experiences with the staff and school itself with what it has to offer. The availability for tutoring and help from the teachers is much easier since the school is smaller. Your able to get one on one time with the teacher for help with the lectures. The student LSL lab with tutoring has much flexible hours to get help. They are very convenient and friendly I am very proud to be a Lancer.

Tuition & Financial Aid: they did good on helping me figure out my fafsa information and getting it settled

College Junior

Career Services: I have not got a chance to experience it yet. when I do I am sure they will be wonderful.

College Junior

Academic Experience: I haven't yet started school. I am sure it will be worth it because I am learning about a career I want to take on in life and pursue it.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: classes are offered at different times of the day so they can be more accessable to a students schedual.

Overall Experience: Excellent College – I am very happy with EWC, for beinga community college they are very experienced and know what they are doing. The only thing I reccomend is registering for classes yourself if you know how. They dont always get you in the classes that you want, just what you need or is available

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Great Choice – EWC is a great college. They are flexible on a number of things, and have worked with me on many different occasions. Somebody is always there to answer questions. The one downfall is the business office can be kindof hard to deal with. They are very stubborn in that area and will not budge.

Campus Resources: The school is an excellent fit for Country-type kids.

Student Body: EWC Is Diverse – The student body at the college is very diverse. In one class I attented I had a 75 retired house maker who was attending for fun, there was anyone from professionals working in the field, new high school students, single mothers, and older professional making a career change.

Academic Experience: Marketing Major – Being a marketing major is acceptable at the college, there are many specialized programs available to the student and the college is helpful in the process of learning

Campus Resources: EWC Overview – The Eastern Wyoming College is a great 2 year college; the access to the classes is exceptional. The presentation of the classes is very easily understandable, the instructors are genuine in there concern for you success. I have experienced that all staff from the college are in the business of serving you as the student, and want to do anything that they can to see through your success. This is the atmosphere that as a student you want to be presented with, college is a stressful situation for anyone. There are many factors determining your success, but with the college it self being so resourceful, this takes a lot of stress out of the equation.

Campus Resources: The comupter labs are in good locations and there are plenty of them and computers in them but the network and speen and wireless are not so good.
