4 College Sophomore

Online Courses: Some of the unique features are that they can be very beneficial to people who can't focus in the classroom. The workload is usually weekly, nothing different from the traditional classroom experience. The registration process is usually better, and more efficient. The professor/student relationship isn't very strong as it would be in talking to them in person. The peer-to-peer interaction could be a lot better.

College Junior

Online Courses: I have not taken any on line courses, therefore I can not rate.

2 College Senior

Online Courses: Hard with communication with the professors

Online Courses: Very convenient. My EMCC portal is easy to navigate and easy to use. Some classes do require you to have access to an "off campus" page, especially in the healthcare field, but otherwise, it is great!

5 College Senior

Online Courses: This class was only offered online and I was unsure about it at first. But my professor was very informative and wanted to assure we understood how everything worked. She sent multiple emails and told us where to find information. She stated that before the semester started if we had any questions or concerns to let her know. Each week for 14 weeks we must submit an online blog. It is interesting to read the other blogs. I have learned a lot through other peoples blogs. I now have only two weeks left and I have learned to love the online course. It has taught me how to learn in a different way.
