4 College Junior

Overall Experience: So far it has been a great experience, I plan on being here for the next year just at a different campus. I hope it is as pleasant as my current experience has been.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: You really do need your own computer, I have never had any issues priniting at the college, but it is easier to have your own personal computer to work on.

College Junior

Campus Resources: I haven't really has to use the campus libray or anything at this time.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I was just accepted into the nursing program and so far all of my instructors have mostly went above and beyond to help me if I was having trouble with anything. I feel the curriculum is also more challenging than other community colleges in the area.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I will just be starting the nursing program in August and it sounds like the workload will be very demanding, but also very rewarding.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Eatern Iowa Community College has many more classes to offer at flexible times for people who work during the day. I like that they offer a great selection of night classes for several areas of study.

4 College Junior

Facilities: This is a newer building for the SCC campus, the MCC campus could use some updating.

College Junior

Career Services: I haven't really come to a point where I need to use carrer services yet.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: Sometimes the website or class portal can be hard to navigate. Also there are sometimes additional materials required that you don't use much, but end up paying alot of money for.

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Sometimes the processing is slower than normal, but I always find that if I have questions regarding my financial aid the office is very helpful and knowledgeable.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Before I started school here, I thought many of the TV college stereotypes were true, but this experience has been great for me so far. Maybe because there's no on-campus housing...

5 College Freshman

Student Body: My classes are generally fun; we joke around, help each other with problems, and try to keep each other on track

3 College Freshman

Online Courses: Due to a large amount of stress (Moving to a new house, aunt with terminal cancer, family problems), I have not been able to focus on my online course. It's all I can do to try and pass the other three

5 College Freshman

Facilities: The school is located in an ornate, 10-story marble building formerly home to the Capitol Theatre and various businesses, offices, and suites. Classes are generally inclusive and entertaining, and I personally like the second floor computer lab

4 College Freshman

Campus Resources: The student life center is comfortable and well-designed, and computer labs are readily available

3 College Freshman

Campus Resources: The school's LAN network is decently fast, but the WiFi network leaves a lot to be desired

College Freshman

Career Services: I have not graduated yet, and have not looked into post-grad services

College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am going to school with funds provided by a trust, but it only covers the basics. I really need a new laptop or some money to rebuild my desktop

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: What I like about this school is the professors' willingness to go out of their way to help someone. The curriculum is comprehensive as well

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: Being in this major (Networking and IT) offers a large amount of flexibility and convenience, and the curriculum is pleasantly challenging

3 College Student

Student Body: Students are friendly and try to help one another out

3 College Student

Academic Experience: Need to update their schedule more often

3 College Student

Academic Experience: They need to get the word more out there and talk more about it

3 College Student

Academic Flexibility: I wish we had more one on one with most teachers

5 College Student

Campus Resources: Teachers help you with a lot of different things
