Health & Safety: I have never felt unsafe on campus. There are a lot of buttons that you can push and a police man will come if you feel scared or frightened or would like a ride home. There are always people around walking so you never have to feel like you are alone at any point.

Facilities: There are a lot of places for students to hangout around campus. They have an area where people sit on big steps when it is nice out. There is the library right next to it, where most people go to study or get their work done and use the printers. There are lots of traditions such as having memorials for students who have died in the past. Student hangouts can go from dorm rooms to outside anywhere around campus. Most people go to the gym every day.

Greek Life: Joining a sorority was probably one of the best decisions I ever made. Greek life is always doing something for the school. It is very big at Eastern, and we raise a lot of money for philanthropies. They do a lot of community service, and they have lots of events and competitions that take place throughout the year. Greek students and non-Greek students get along with each other well. There are people who get along with other sororities and fraternities too. There are no stricter rules with being friends with other people, everyone still does their own things. Greek Court is where most of the sorority and fraternity members live their second year of joining a house because it is a requirement. Other than living in the house, people live on off-campus housing with their sisters or brothers.

Campus Strictness: The strictness at school is not bad at all. They care about who you are with and what you are doing, but as long as you are not using illegal substances, there is no way you can possibly get in trouble. It is pretty laid back and I was lucky enough to be friends with my residence assistant. It helped me adjust more to be on my own, and I think now I will be safe to live actually by myself on campus this fall.

Campus Housing: Living on campus is not as bad as people say. My personal experience living on campus has been a lot of fun, and I have met a lot of my long-lasting friends from living in the dorms. The atmosphere is friendly and the cost is not too expensive. The ease of the housing process can take a little bit of time, but I knew I was supposed to be there and I loved every second of it.
