3 College Senior

Facilities: I attend school at night because I work during the day. I do not have time to participate or see the social scene during the day.

Academic Flexibility: When I had to register which is online one of my main classes was canceled and I received a phone call at home. The problem was that registration was on it's third day and I was not able to get the same class at another time because it was full. I had to change my schedule because of the cancelation.

Campus Resources: The library is available when I need it. This is where I hang out when I need to concentrate or get help.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: There are places where I can go print or use wireless access. I use the school printer when I complete work at school and need access to my work ASAP.

Online Courses: For me being in class is easier. Online classes taken a bit longer because of the reading and concentration involved.

Academic Experience: I've chosen the nursing field. The prerequisits are very hard to get. The classes fill easily and not enough classes are offered to meet the demand of student ratio going there.

Academic Experience: I've taken many classes in criminal justice and I do find that the instructors make it interesting. It keeps me interested and I have learned alot. But after attending a couple of years I decided I really wanted to be a nurse. Up to this day I have not decided for sure.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I work part time and even though I live at home I pay my own phone/car insurance. Working part time is for my books, any fees associated with college and gas for my car, clothing, partial rent and food. When I first started college everything I applied for insisted on my moms income tax information. When is the system going to realize that she does not support me and base it on her income not mine.

Academic Flexibility: I usually put school first, unless i have something extremely important to do. The faculty and administration are very helpful when it comes to our schooling and they really show interest in guiding us to the proper place. My experience so far has been pretty great and i enjoy the availability to all programs and working areas. They have made it clear how easy it can be to transfer credits, but i haven't sat down with anyone to discuss the specifics. Overall, i am having a great time at college and i enjoy going to school.

Academic Experience: The technology building is excellent for classes for my Computer Science major with very large classrooms and generally updated software.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: The professors here at ELAC are very willing to help their students in any way possible, and most of them have helped me to view life differently with a more intellectual capacity.

4 College Junior

Facilities: ELAC has excellent opportunity programs for engineering and nursing majors to transfer into 4-year institutions.

3 College Junior

Career Services: The career center is very helpful with information and guidance services, and there also transfer seminars with counselors also helping students to understand how the process works.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: My experience at ELAC was interesting, the classes it offered really helped in broadening my view of the world along with helping me with my educational goals.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: ELAC has a vast amount of resources available to students such as its library with its vast resources, its athletics center for its athletes and other students, its offices which have career centers, transfer center and educational workshops and its computer and writing centers for students who need tutoring.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: ELAC has computer labs in its technology building, its library and it writing center, so there are many options to which computer lab to go to. It is also beneficial because there are computers available even if one lab or two is full. It is also beneficial to those who do not have a home computer or printer or a computer that does not have fast Internet.
