3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: There is an apartment complex owned by Drake, so the rent is comparable to that of the dorms. Its very close to most of the dorms and to Greek street, so it's pretty popular because you can still walk to campus. Other than that it gets a little more difficult finding a place that you like that is that close.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: If you an find a house, its relatively cheap.

2 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Nobody stays on campus as an upperclassmen, because there are no upper classmen dorms, so it is almost impossible to find something.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: There are lots of options close to campus. Many options are easy to obtain and are relatively reasonably priced.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Not many people live off campus. Students are required to live in the dorms for two years, and since about two-thirds of the school population is involved in greek life, many students live in the sorority and fraternity houses after that. There are apartments close to campus, but they are typically pretty expensive, so upperclassmen that don't live on Greek Street usually live in dorms.
