Facilities: Our facilities are really nice. We do have some older buildings on campus, but our faculty has worked to keep them up to date with new technology. Our campus is beautiful and allows students to study outside and inside. They have even built study areas outside that are specifically for those purposes.

Academic Flexibility: All of my classes have been really great. The curriculum is easy to understand, and if there is something that isn't clear, the professors are great to help out.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition is a reasonable price and Financial Aid is accepted to help pay for tuition. The financial aid office is great at helping me find out and how to apply for financial aid.

Overall Experience: I have had really great professors who seem to really care for their students. The campus is beautiful and easy to get around. The affordability of tuition is awesome. I received a scholarship through Dixie State University for in state tuition which was fantastic.

Career Services: Im not sure about these services because I dont have information about them.

Student Body: Most of the students are mormon and republican. Our campus is pretty diverse ethnically.

Academic Flexibility: Teachers are more than willing to work with everybody's schedule. Our testing center is not as flexible with the hours of availability to take tests. It is also really hard to make an appointment with an advisor because there are so few of them.

Campus Resources: Our student activity center is small but it is really nice. We have a small rock climbing wall. There are a myriad of clubs to choose from. Our library is small but it is modern and peacfull with plenty of people to help you.

Campus Resources: The WiFi connection is terrible. I can hardly ever connect my laptop or phone to it. There are plenty of computers that do work in computer labs and there are plenty of printers available.

5 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am definitely getting my moneys worth, the college is afforable and the value of the education is great! However I do wish there were more financial aid advisors to help students.

Facilities: The combination of beautiful lanscapes and views with great study spots is awesome. The campus life is really friendly and welcoming. School spirit is really motivating.

2 College Freshman

Online Courses: I dont like online courses because they tend to be disorganized. The professor cannot have a real connection with their students. Also, assignment instructions can be misinterpreted and unclear.

Campus Resources: Ive tried to contact student services for information about scholarships and have never heard a word back

Campus Resources: The IT team has no idea what they are doing and the computers always have problems

1 College Sophomore

Facilities: Student housing always has problems with plumbing and is an old mess.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: The Student body spends too much money on parties and other useless things when it could go towards academics.

Academic Flexibility: The Academic Flexibility here at DSU is great. I've had a few troubles with my classes, and my professors seemed to be very understanding. As long as you're an attentive student, your professors will understand that life doesn't always go the way that you plan. Even when you come up with a small sickness, the professors here will take into consideration that you aren't making up an excuse to miss class.

Career Services: The post-grad services at my school is something that I am unfamiliar with, due to the fact that I'm only a freshman at the moment. Although, I do know of many DSU students who have been attending college for a while now. There are people who already graduated with a degree from DSU, but they're back at school trying to learn as much as they possibly can about their career choice.

Academic Experience: I am planning on majoring in Psychology, while minoring in English. Why? Because I'm fascinated by the work of Psychology. With the two Psychology classes that I am attending at the moment, the homework load isn't much. Instead of overloading his students with homework, my professor holds great lectures, while providing information on a powerpoint through our school website (canvas). The curriculum is fantastic. My Psychology professor teaches in-depth information about the history of Psychology, and how it has matured throughout the years.

Academic Experience: The Academics offered at DSU are great. At a personal experience, my professors have been doing great in teaching me what I need to know. In English 1010D, my professor really took her time trying to better each student thoroughly. In Math 1000, the professors worked together to make sure that every student was able to advance together as a supportive unit. In Psychology 1100, my professor makes the decision to never move onto another subject unless every student is comfortable with the lecture at hand.

Student Body: The Student Body is great in such a way that they really try to reach out to the students of Dixie State University. The Student Body of DSU holds many events that attract the attentions of students everywhere on campus. Example: Club Rush is a period in which every DSU club showcases their activities, hoping to get students to join their club.

Student Body: A lot of diversity! and everyone is really friendly

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: I do not have much experience in this area.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: The wifi used to be terribly slow, but they addressed the problem, and I haven't had an issue since!

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: The program is small, which makes knowing the other students and the teachers super easy and I love it! However, the small program really limits the options for classes. They are only offered one time every other semester or so. At least once you are in the upper division classes.
