Diversity: At DU everyone is accepted to a point.

Campus Housing: I currently do not live on campus but however when I was living on campus it was a great experience and I loved every second of it

Facilities: I Love my campus it has everything I need to be a successful hardworking college student .

Facilities: we are a fairly small school so we have a chance to meet everyone and when you need help with something whether its with professors or staff someone is always their to help plus its located In the great city of New Orleans.

Academics: HBCU's are a lot harder contrary to popular belief. You will work, and you will learn.

Academics: The teachers are great. The small classes allow them to get to know you personally, and they care about the material and you.

Campus Strictness: Rules are in place for safety. I only go to class and go home so the rules don't bother me much.

Local Atmosphere: New Orleans' crime isn't as bad as people make it seem. Crimes are usually those of retaliation, and Dillard is in a safe neighborhood.

Overall Experience: I love it here. I feel welcomed and accepted. I transferred from another school, and I couldn't be happier.

Off-Campus Housing: I'm from New Orleans, so I live at home. On campus is okay, it's just expensive.

Scholarships: It is difficult to get the aid that you need. Keep your paperwork in order and follow up regularly.

Diversity: It's predominately African American because it's an HBCU, but there is still a great deal of diversity of sexual orientation, religion, etc.

Greek Life: I am Greek. It's an HBCU, so if you are, you are. If you aren't, you aren't.

Guys & Girls: Just as with any school, you'll find people that you mesh with and those you don't. It is very diverse though.

Off-Campus Dining: It's New Orleans. There's everything from crawfish and poboys to McDonald's and Whole Foods. Lots of options.

Majors: Theatre major. Make sure all of your paperwork is in order and be sure to CALL the school to check on scholarships/status/etc.

Majors: I learn every aspect of theatre, not just on stage.

Facilities: I'm bored most of the time. I go to my classes and I leave. I have no friends, and on campus isn't the greatest but I love Dillard University

Guys & Girls: This all depend on you. It's typically got so girls don't have on clothes. Personally I don't like it

Campus Dining: I've had it once in the summer of my freshman year. I don't eat there, I go off campus to eat or at the grill in the bottom of Kearny.
