3 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: the campus security is improving any chance they get.

5 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: we are connected when big events come to the city and we get to meet the famous people.

4 College Sophomore

Greek Life: greeks make the campus lively.

5 College Sophomore

Nightlife: my hbcu knows how to come together and have a good time!

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: The school supports our athletes every way they can and I love that about my school..

3 College Sophomore

Computers: We need at least one more computer lab but so far its okay.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: The now dorms are a great asset to the campus and its more room for us to live.

3 College Sophomore

Parking: I feel as if the cost to park on campus is a issue. I personally don't drive and park on campus. However, I've heard people talk about that issue.

3 College Freshman

Computers: They are okay to me.

3 College Freshman

Campus Dining: On-campus dining is okay, but not the best. It's nothing like traditional colleges, with plenty of options. We only have a couple and sometimes those couple aren't enough so we settle to things in our rooms or going off campus.

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: I go to school in New Orleans. It's great here!

2 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: The school would prefer students to stay on campus. I'm almost sure they wouldn't recommend somewhere for students to stay, but on-campus. Where students live off-campus vary. I've heard of so many places.

2 College Freshman

Nightlife: There is barely any nightlife here. We rarely have campus given parties, but there is always a party or a kickback in someone's room or the on-campus apartments.

3 College Freshman

Drug Safety: The use of drugs is prohibited on campus, so administration don't really know when it's going on.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: The cost is expensive because this school is expensive, but I love my dorm. The dorms I live in are newly renovated and are a decent size. I wish I could have picked a larger room, but I wouldn't trade it.

3 College Freshman

Weather: I'm originally from Louisiana so the weather is pretty normal to me, it's nothing new.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: My school doesn't have large sports teams, like football, so it's not a huge thing. We are really good in basketball and track so that's where our main focus is. School spirit is really good under pressure and when everyone else is hype.

3 College Freshman

Parking: To be honest there is very little parking and it is not cheap! Most commuter students park off-campus, but it is safer for me to park on-campus because I live here.

College Freshman

Scholarships: I applied, but was denied because my mother made too much. I did receive scholarships from the school, but the experience is like no other. The staff is so nice and easy to talk to and they make sure you understand what you are receiving and so forth.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I love this school and it's only my second semester here. I believe it can only get better! It's so unique because it's a small private university and everyone really know everyone. You earn so many opportunities here and we are given small class sizes so we can get the help we need.

3 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: As far as socializing in the dorms I think it's very strict, because we are not allowed, ever, to have the opposite gender in our rooms, but anywhere else on campus is fine. Those type of things don't really affect us in our academics. We do have lounge areas where our guest can visit.

3 College Freshman

Diversity: It's not that diverse as far as race, but almost everyone here has different backgrounds and beliefs. At the moment, we have a number of Brazilian students attending the University.

3 College Freshman

Computers: The computers are average, but the network is slow when there are a lot of people. The printing is easy, but I hate paying for it and having to go get it from the librarian.

3 Recent Alumnus

Transportation: I do not really know.

3 Recent Alumnus

Computers: There are a lot of computor lab at Dillard. Printing however in the computor lab is whats limited.
