Campus Resources: I live in the forest and have shabby reception often. I have no reason not to go to school and work there, although it's not economically wise for me to drive and hour and ten minutes away to just use DeVry's computers which are at full speed and have all the software needed to anyone's avail. I have a local library that I case go to in case power is out at my house, which is often. There are still printer fees, of course, as that is a cost anyways.

Overall Experience: I am only taking one class per session due to a full life of things to do. I have to remind myself that the time is worth the wait because this way I can fully learn all the things that I need to know for the future job I'm hoping to get. Again, they believe in accommodating all types of people with differing lifestyles that want to get ahead in the future. I know that there are people out there that have had bad experiences with DeVry, but I believe that one's success is due to the resources that are offered and seized for future opportunities. It's all about attitude and responsibility to knowing what you're getting into. I have an education is life and have the ability to network which is something that isn't learned in school; now it's time to have an education to enhance those strengths of mine.

Career Services: DeVry has a website that helps alumni stay connected. That is evidence in itself for networking and helping students see that the school continues to set a strong desire to being the school of choice for working professional students like me.

Academic Experience: Human Resources is my concentration for the MBA I'm obtaining. The required courses are designed to give me total confidence in searching for jobs that are hiring for people such as myself. The courses have aims that are to be taught and learned as outlined in the Syllubus each week. My final test is not a surprise.

Academic Experience: This session is my third class completely online. I get information as an email from my teacher with a link to help me understand how to "attend" online with attending the campus. This is an excellent point I feel that shows proof of not allowing anyone to feel "alone" or guessing what to do next.

Student Body: I was pleased to enter the building and come across students of all colors, races, religions and sexual orientations. I feel that there is no bias towards anyone there. I'm Mexican and have a little bit of an accent and don't feel "dumb" or out of place because my communication styles is different than the person next to me. I'm sure a Ethiopian student with a heavy accent might feel the same way. I think the only true bias that I've seen and heard exist is opposing sports teams. Seahawks won this year. I didn't see a 49er fan around.

Facilities: It's the "best" because the physical campus is far away from me, therefore, can't experience all the opportunities to getting involved with "students" as much as I would like to. I spent many hour completing my undergraduate degree surrounding by my classmates/friend because I took full loads each session AND I also didn't have the life I do now. The campus is not anything spectacular, in fact they are located in a business park facility and share half the building with a big company like Xerox! I bet some students just end up working for them afterwards! But the environment is very professional feeling which makes me feel like I'm in the working world already which helps me feel important. Nevertheless, the facility is very modern-looking with a good color scheme and artwork that helps it feel balanced.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Of course, we all want things for cheap or free, which is impossible. All things cost something, but education at Dvry is truly an investment. Evidence of this is how partner companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing and the like keep their partnerships! The most important piece of advice I would give to an incoming student is to take advantage of all the resources available to them including their staff who look and hear like they really want one to succeed. I don't feel like a burden when I call the financial aid offices because they have heard it all and they tell me not to worry about voicing my concern. Not doing something about 'something' is a costly occurrence.

Campus Resources: They provide a full-service center, with an on-site supporting staff person named "Daniel!" We know his name! Their hours of operation are lengthy so it's convenient for professionals. Every session provides a "gathering" so that students can meet knew people. They are fun because they have silly games with prizes, like real things like turkey's for thanksgiving.

Academic Flexibility: With my marriage on the brink of divorce, having 3 jobs, being a full-time (emotionally, single) mother and trying to keep it all together, Dvry has been on the grounding forces in my life right now. There is no room for failure! They offer many resources that can keep me from mentally suffocating worrying about getting bad grades. The teachers are super accessible and listen to my concern for wanting to to getting a good grade. They are sympathetic towards people like me which helps me keep some contentment despite my "life's" circumstances.

Career Services: Not much help and my counselor send me the wrong information.

Academic Experience: Getting started was not to bad but the exiting is rocky.

4 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources: The computer net is great and connecting is easy but I am mostly on-line and rarely use the labs.

3 Recent Alumnus

Student Body: This is not a strong focus as I can see since the main point here is to learn in the program you have chosen.

3 Recent Alumnus

Online Courses: This I expect in a Graduate school and instructors are really helpful if I get stuck.

4 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources: The technical and educational systems are second to none but the administration is faulty.

3 Recent Alumnus

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am mostly using grants and government loans since I am not rich and a bit older than most students I am the family's main support and in this economy I am lucky we are not on the street, but close.

4 Recent Alumnus

Academic Experience: The quality of education with the learning materials and student interaction is tops in the country.

3 Recent Alumnus

Facilities: Socialization is mostly through class mates and some activities but not much more where the learning takes priority.

3 Recent Alumnus

Overall Experience: The education level is high but the support with finance and job placement is not adequate.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: Several campuses to choose from and several of the same class with a different instructor available online.

4 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: One of the major considerations when it comes to higher education is tuition. At DeVry/Keller it has been a no hassle experience when it comes to handling my tuition. When I had questions there was always somebody willing to take my call or email. The online student portal gives me plenty on info on what I owe and what has already been paid. DeVry/Keller has been great at taking care of my loans the only negative I would give them is there has been no talk of scholarship or ways of reducing my college expense. To be fair I haven't really looked into it but they haven't offered it up either.
