Academic Experience: The financial aid, academic advisors, and coaches are there for my benefit. I have ample time to get assignments done and everyone are very helpful. There are career centers that help for job placement and internships. I really like the study abroad opportunities although I may not be able to go for financial reasons.

Academic Experience: They offer many tools to get registered for classes. The academic advisors can assist or you can register online.

Overall Experience: My grades are up, 3.3 average. I enjoy the instructors and the students. They make learning fun!

Academic Flexibility: Everyone were sooo helpful. I got my documents, financial aid, and information for my classes in record timing.

Student Body: I take online classes. My student body are made up on people that may never actually meet face to face. We are from all over the globe. I once had a person in my class who was in China.

Student Body: There is a wide range of students in my class, some are in the military. There all different ages young and old.

Tuition & Financial Aid: They offer free tutoring for up to 12 hours online and then they will work with you to get you help at the school after that. There are quite a few benefits that I get now that I didn't have before.

Career Services: I just started college and I am not looking into work right now. Maybe the middle of next year I will.

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses: The workload is the same both on campus and with online classes. Everything with my college is online.

Academic Flexibility: The classes durning the week are at night and can be only one or two days a week the rest is done on your own. If your taking online classes it's just checking three times a week and doing your assignment and homework. The school even offered weekend classes that are only on Saturdays.

Campus Resources: The library is comfortable and quite. The staff there is very helpful.

Campus Resources: The computer labs and internet are good. However the outside system is not amazing.

Facilities: It's a great school. A lot to offer and give. Better than my last college.

Campus Resources: I go DeVry's Westminster Campus, which is very small, so there isn't any room for an athletic center. We do however, have a really nice commons area where there's vending machines, game tables, a TV, and couches. I don't mind at all that it's a small campus. I actually really like it, because it feels very personal. There is also a really nice library. I know there are occasionally activities going on on the campus. Other than that, the classrooms and school is really, really nice. It's very clean, modern, safe, and inviting. It is a very appealing college campus.

Campus Resources: My graphic design classes all require computers for me to do my work, and usually those classes are in a computer lab, where a computer is provided for me. Occasionally I need to bring my laptop into my other classes. It's nice because there's an outlet at each desk, where I can charge my computer. The network and wireless access and reliability is not very great. When I bring my personal laptop, it takes forever to connect to the internet. I usually use Mozilla Firefox as my web browser, but I found that the internet works better at school when I use Internet Explorer. Once I finally was able to get connected, the wireless speed was great. It was just a painful process to get my laptop connected. I have not yet printed on campus, but there are plenty of computer labs available, where I'm sure I can print work out.

Career Services: The Career Services at DeVry are amazing! They have statistics backing them up that 90% of their students get a career job within their field of study after graduating. I believe those statistics are true because I have a career coach. My career coach can get me some great jobs and internships while I'm in and out of school. My career coach will also be my career coach for life - I can go to them well after I graduate. I am 100% confident that I will be able to land a Graphic Design job soon after I graduate from DeVry. Also, the classes that I'm taking at DeVry will get me fully equipped for my career. I know my professors are all experts and professionals in their career fields. For example, my graphic design professor has truly worked in the graphic design field, so she knows exactly how to prepare me for it. Career Services at my school are excellent!

Facilities: There are many things that make DeVry unique, but I think the one that stands out the most is that all of the administration there truly work for their students' success. For my first two years of college, when I went to Front Range Community College, the academic advisors there weren't incredibly helpful. When I had meetings with them, they would simply answer my questions as best they could, and would send me on my way. It didn't seem like anyone really cared to help me - they were just doing their job duties. At DeVry, the administration really feels like a team that stands behind me, helping me succeed. I have an advisor there to answer all of my questions, I have a financial advisor helping me with all of the financial stuff, I have someone who makes sure I get signed up for the right classes that I need, and I even have a career coach - who will eventually help me find a job in my career field after I graduate. I'll walk down the hallway after class, and the administrator's there all know me by name, and they always say hi, and ask how I'm doing. I've never had such a personal experience at school before, and I love it! I think that's what makes DeVry unique - is the personal connection they create between you and your school, and it's all so that I can succeed.

Academic Flexibility: My school experience has been very convenient. I'm not sure about the flexibility of my classes/curriculum, because it seems like they are only offered at night - none during the day. I don't mind this too much though. I haven't really had any hassles or frustrations. Transferring credits was a very easy process. Although not all of my credits transferred, about 28 out of my 45 did successfully transfer. The administration took care of all of the transferring for me. All I had to do was provide official transcripts. Otherwise, DeVry took care of everything for me, and I successfully got my credits transferred in. I even got a transfer scholarship!

Tuition & Financial Aid: I have a financial aid advisor who helped me with tuition, financial aid, and scholarships. She also met with my parents (since they are the main people paying for my education) and explained all of the financial aid stuff with them. Although going to DeVry is going to cause me to take out a lot of student loans, it is going to be worth every penny. The education I'm receiving is definitely worth the tuition I'm paying. I was able to get a transfer scholarship, which helped out a lot, and I am very grateful for that. I am also equipped with tools to look for other scholarships, so I can lessen my student loan debt in the future. Overall, I thought DeVry's tuition and financial aid process is great.

Academic Experience: It's great taking classes towards my major at my school. There are only a couple of teachers who teach the Graphic Design classes at my school, and my classes are very small. I love that, because I get the personal help I need. I feel like by the time I graduate with my degree, I will be close friends with my design professors, and my design classmates. I know that my professors are passionate about their subjects, and very skilled in their field. I know I will be able to use them as fantastic job references someday. I feel confident that DeVry will equip me to be able to easily transfer into a Graphic Design career job right after I graduate. I may also be able to do an internship while I'm in school. My design classes are fun and challenging. The workload is very reasonable for me to succeed at. I am equipped with computers in my classrooms, and the design programs that I need/use both on and off campus. I believe my school offers one of the best programs out there for my Graphic Design major.

Academic Experience: Academics offered at my school are great! My school is very neat, clean, professional, and safe. So far all of my professors have been awesome! The workload is reasonable for me to be successful in my classes. The class registration process is very nice, because I have an academic advisor who meets with me, and plans out all of my courses for me. There is no catalogue for me to go through. My advisor makes sure that I am taking everything required for my degree, in the correct order. All I have to decide is what night/time of the week I want to take the class, and if I want to take it online or on campus. Once my advisor makes sure I am on the right track, he signs me up for classes. It makes the registration process very easy for me, and I know I have a team taking care of me, and making sure I'm on the right track to success.

Overall Experience: My experience with DeVry so far has been awesome! Previously, I had been attending Front Range Community College and was getting ready to decide where I was going to transfer to. I visited a couple of schools I was thinking about transferring to, and none were really that helpful. When I went to check out DeVry though, I knew immediately it was the school I wanted to transfer to. One of the administrators met with me, even though I did not have an appointment, and spent all day with me answering my questions. After talking to this administrator I knew DeVry was the right school for me. Once I decided I wanted to transfer there, the school took care of everything else for me. I had a whole team working for me, trying to get me ready to transfer that upcoming semester. I had someone at the school to help me apply, someone to help me with financial aid, someone to help me transfer my high school and Front Range credits in, and someone to register me for classes. Now I am taking classes at DeVry towards my Graphic Design major, and I am so happy. My classes are fun, challenging, and I love my professors. I'm grateful for all of the administrators who helped me get into DeVry. I also love the way my schedule works (with 8 week sessions for classes, 2 sessions per semester, and 3 semesters per year). I wish that I had gone to DeVry straight out of high school, rather than wasting time at Front Range Community College. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose DeVry first! I love DeVry!

Student Body: Since I just started at DeVry this semester I haven't gotten to know a ton of students yet. My classes are also very small. I think as I go along this will be really nice. Since my classes are going to be small, I'm going to have the opportunity to be really close to my classmates. I'm excited about all of the different people I'm going to meet, and all of the friends I'm going to make at school.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses: DeVry University has a blended learning system. This means that I attend classes on campus, usually once a week, and then the rest of my time during the week is spent with those same classes online. I really like it because I can do my school work on my own time in a way that works with my life schedule, but I also have the opportunity to physically be in a classroom with my professor and all of my classmates.

Academic Flexibility: ITs ok but some of the faculty is not concerned
