4 College Sophomore

Academics: we work with animals on campus and have many labs.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: normal admission process, the variety of majors is wide and they have majors no other college has. lots of environmental majors or agriculture type majors.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: lots of hands on work, we have labs outside and go on field trips to see what we learn in lecture.

3 College Sophomore

Parking: plenty of parking, may have to walk a little if you don't get a desired parking lot. Security is strict about permits and fines are reasonable but yet you wont want more than one.

3 College Sophomore

Computers: several computer labs with macs and printers if you bring your own paper. network can be spotty but not terrible.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: lots of activities and sports, lots of trips and shows for students.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: we are very environmentally conscience and volunteer based. nice new science building and small classrooms

3 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: We are a farm and agriculture school there are a lot of hard working guys and girls and a good mix of attractive people.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I don't know much about off campus housing but it is a very expensive area

3 College Junior

Computers: The internet is an area of contention with many students because it breaks down a lot and can be very slow

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: I feel quite safe on campus especially since I know almost the whole campus.

3 College Junior

Greek Life: The greek life doesn't affect many people on campus because there aren't many and they are usually pretty tame.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: I have had a lot of problems with the academics and getting classes when I need them. The friends I have made are great and I love that I have access to greenhouses.

4 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: The local area has a lot of stuff to do in terms of restaurants, shopping and activities, but they cost money.

2 College Junior

Nightlife: There is transportation right into Doylestown and you can walk to the bars. They are pretty cool, but can be expensive. Drinking seems to be a popular past time. Parties can be found at people's apartments and houses off campus because it's pretty strict rules on campus.

3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: There are lots of women at this college doing many different majors. The guys seem to be either ag majors or into sports. Of course this is not the only types of guys but that seems to be the majority. Everyone is diverse in their clothes and social life.

3 College Junior

Diversity: There is some ethnic diversity on campus but not as much seen at other colleges. With many students coming from conservative backgrounds, some people can be less open minded but people are usually pretty accepting.

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: Campus life is dead on the weekends because many students need to go home to work. Also, there are not many options for activities to students staying on campus on the weekends so it's dead. The dorms are okay. South is the nicest and newest but people don't really act like a community there.

3 College Junior

Academics: The school is in a transition process and many departments are suffering from lack of attention, money, or progress for the student's sake.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: The food around Delval is terrific except everything closes way too early!! It's very frustrating if I had a night class and need to get food but everything is closed except McDonalds.

3 College Junior

Athletics: I am too busy with school work to go to sporting events. The teams do very well though.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: I have no complaints about the difficulty to get into my major, but I would love to see some more women in the field!

4 College Sophomore

Majors: My only complaint is that there are times that it seems as though the school doesn't quite know what to do with it's business majors- I don't think that the school utilizes it's marketing major to their fullest potential, and there is so much focus on the agricultural majors that the business school gets lost in the shuffle.

2 College Sophomore

Diversity: Pretty much everyone here is a heterosexual right wing conservative with the particular biases that come along with that stereotype, which can be frustrating.

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: I am excited to see where the school goes in branching out once it gains university status.
